Buy BioLogic Scanmask Beneficial Nematodes, Steinernema feltiae Sf Nematodes for Natural Insect Pest Control (10 Million) on desertcart.com ✓ FREE SHIPPING on qualified orders Review: Cold upon arrival and fast shipping! - Took a risk ordering cold nematodes in the very heat of the summer, but infestation happens at the worst times. These nematodes shipped the following business day, it appears the seller even dropped them off to the shipper at night so they could get moving en route without sitting in the shipping facility during the warm day. The package was handed to me by the UPS driver and the cold packs still had a chill to them upon arrival. Price includes 2nd day shipping!! I recommend ordering on Saturday or Sunday so they can be shipped Monday to arrive on Wednesday. I was delighted to see the nematodes can last several weeks in the fridge. I don't have a microscope to peep them, but there is unquestionably a HUGE reduction in aerial gnats the very next morning! The gnats are clearly stressed about cycling because they had a drastic change in attitude and are bunkering down instead of flying in our faces. I am beyond excited to have found an affordable and accessible source of organic-friendly IPM. This is a great company, and what an affordable price to get live feltiae shipped from across the country in thoughful packaging. I highly recommend! Review: Totally gets rid of grubs - works really well, very easy to use, killed my grubs really quit

Definitely alive and seemed to work well
I love these and they were alive! I put these under a microscope out of curiosity, they were alive! It was fun to see and my kids had fun seeing it too! We bought them to prevent Japanese beetles and we didn’t notice a ton. Plus our lawn was the best it had ever been!!

TIP: DO MORE RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING TO ENSURE YOU'RE PURCHASING THE CORRECT NEMATODES FOR YOUR PEST
SUGGESTION: THERE ARE SEVERAL TYPES OF NEMATODES SO BE SURETO RESEARCH YOUR TARGET PEST AND PURCHASE THE CORRECT NEMATODES FOR THE JOB. I have to admit that I am a bit frustrated. I purchased nematodes and went through the directions meticulously and applied them to my garden soil. However, after applying I wanted to research how nematodes actually work and I discovered that there are numerous types of nematides and I have purchased the wrong nematodes to combat the bugs I was hoping to irradiated from my flower patch. The fault lies with me not the seller as I should have done more research BEFORE purchasing the nematodes. So, this is just a suggestion to anyone looking to use nematodes: do your research in advance and make sure you're buying the right nematodes to target you're garden pest. I wish you better luck than I had. I am just giving the product 4 stars bc i wish that there was some type of notice in the add which made this more clear. 🤔

My Plants Are Gnat-Free at Last!
I was very close to giving up on my fungus gnat infestation when I came across this product. It is a bit pricey, especially with shipping, so I hesitated at first—but I’m so glad I decided to try it. The nematodes arrived very well packaged with a cold pack. I unpacked them right away and stored them in the refrigerator so I could apply them that evening. One package ended up being much more than I needed for a single application, but I kept the remainder sealed in the fridge and was able to get two additional applications out of it before the expiration date. Best of all, I now have no fungus gnats at all. I also love that this is a natural solution, so I’m not spraying chemicals in my house anymore—and I don’t have ugly yellow sticky traps in all of my plants. This product was absolutely worth the cost, and I would definitely purchase again if needed.

Not heat tolerant
These arrived with melted ice pack and very warm in the middle of July in Georgia. I would not order again. They do not guarantee that they will arrive chilled. My fault I’m sure as I should have cancelled when I saw it would be delayed.

Wiped out a bad flea infestation in my yard.
I had fleas. I had fleas bad. I used several different flea meds on my dog and cats, plus household sprays and vacuuming, and the @#$ers just laughed at me. And every time I went to the vet it was the “walk-of-shame” as they explained again how to get rid of fleas, all of which I’d done and which failed. I have read reviews that say this won’t do it for fleas. But I am now flea-free. Vet visits have confirmed. Now, here are the things that may have effected this result. The property was empty for a year and a half. However, though I was gone, it was not animal free. There are lots of flea-carrying-critters in my area, deer that sleep in my yard, raccoons and feral cats that were getting inside the house because of the dog door. Yes, that... Well. Not a good thing. Also, this is a very rainy area, so the nematodes I “planted” would have stayed well-hydrated. Also, thanks to the rain, the yard was very overgrown. The sheltering plant-life over the nematodes in the ground may have helped. I’ve been here three months. Not a flea to be seen.

AbsoLUTEly worked!
I brought home a plant for myself from a local nursery that, unbeknownst to me, was infested with fungus gnats. I've never had them before, so it took me a while to figure it out. By the time I realized what was going on, the offending plant had infested my other 20+ houseplants. I tried Neem oil (does absolutely nothing for fungus gnats), and ordered the yellow sticky plant stakes as well. And while the stakes work for catching and killing flying gnats (and random house flys and getting stuck to my cat's underbelly), they do nothing to get to the root of the problem--which is destroying the eggs that the gnats lay in moist soil. I ended up laying as many of the stakes as I could horizontally over the top soil of my plants, as the gnats crawl over it and don't fly around all the time. This helped a little. But the Nematodes? At this point I would have to say the fungus gnats are eradicated! From 20+ plants! For the first application, I started with dry soil in all plants. I used a spray bottle to moisten the top soil, then followed the directions for the mixture of nematodes. I watered all the plants with the water mixture with a regular watering can. (I put all of the sticky stakes back over the surfaces). About 2 weeks later, I mixed up a more potent batch and transferred it to a spray bottle. I completely saturated the entire surface of each plant with the water. I have not seen one gnat in over a week. I can't even believe it. I still have about 390,000 nematodes left, so I may mix up one more batch, but I couldn't be happier.
