I don't even need reading glasses for this screen. Lightning quick boot and auto upgrades to Windows 11. Only thing I don't like is the glare off the silver surface. ( I use it in a van). Makes it hard to see the keys. Great deal though. Highly recommend.

Large screen, good touch screen, keyboard is easy.Don't know about tech support.Drawback: sometimes the mouse/ touch pad get confused and mix things up on the screen. I use word and excel. It's still new to me, so hopefully I'll learn how to not have that happen.Came well packaged and quickly. Thank you
