I wasn't sure how sturdy the platform was going to be but turns out, it's a lot more sturdier than I expected. What I like is that it comes with a booklet with a huge list of workouts you can do with it. The elastic straps are really strong.I thought it might pull the platform but with the amount of weight you put on it, there's no way it moves. There is some padding on the platform but since I have bad knees, I was able to put an old yoga mat I cut up on it to help cushion it more. That was really the only issue I personally had but again, I have bad knees.You get a full workout with this setup and really does workout your whole body.

This is so portable and easy to use! I actually DO use it...unlike other things I've purchased and they just sit by the wayside and there are so many different exercises you can do with it for an overall body workout. I am very happy with this purchase!!

I wasn't expecting much since most comments were negative, but I held back my thoughts and purchased. When I received the product I was amazed at the build of it. Super simplistic and easy to figure out. If you pair this with a yoga mat....you're set for whatever you need. They also include a small knee mat that I wasn't aware of which is helpful. Overall, the quality of what you get, plus the things included make this an awesome product for those wanting to workout at home, like myself. 4.5/5 all day

If the strap was in working condition and I could use it this is very easy to assemble, range of motion is great, as well as sturdiness. I needed this product when I needed it no time to return, hopefully my review is read and I'm made whole on this so I'm able to fully use this product. If that happens my review will change.

I bought this portable gym for travel. It is wonderful for this purpose. It is compact, light weight and easy to pack. It offers a reasonable work out in any hotel room. I would recommend this product. In fact, I bought a second one so I could add additional resistance for some exercises. The height adjustable bands are wonderful.

Whenever i get a new product that comes to me looking rough and used, it's an instant 1 star. The carrying bag that came in a closed plastic bag has a whole footprint on it. The anti-slip pad has black scuffs on it. The pushup board has scuffs and wear on the edges, the foam and around the metal circles on the surface. There are extensive wear/use marks on all the caribeners on the bands. This all tells me this is probably a used return. This is a trash thing to do. Used returns should be sold as used items.

Ok, BUT........ The description in the package is listing what should be inside, here in Amazon another listing of what should be inside unfortunately it is not so eith what is missing is the BUCKLES : package is saying 12 pieces Amazon is saying 4-6. NONE IS IN THE PACKAGE SO I HAVE TO GO PURCHASE BUCKLES. The Soft Push UP Grips are far from SOFT, I was really looking forward to having all the pieces. Just going to see how durable it is.....
