If you've ever been to Austin, then you probably know Rudy's. Their brisket is legendary. This is the best next thing if you live in the north like I do.

BEST rub ever!! I have gone threw 4 bottles already! This rub gives a great flavor with a little spice / kick. Our family has used it on ribs, tri tip, prime rib, burgers, chicken... just about everything! We had a friend on a business trip in Texas and brought us a bottle and have been hooked ever since! LOVE IT!

We went to Rudy's in Texas over Memorial Day. My boyfriend is quite the grill master so after eating at Rudy's we bought this to try at home. I can honestly say his ribs are way better. Sorry Rudy's. This rub is pretty tasty. We also tried it on steaks but it wasn't so good. It's also ok on chicken but we have a better rub for poultry. But if you are doing ribs, definitely give this a try.

Rudy's Rub is the best dry rub you can find! It has a mix of heat and smoke that truly brings out the flavor in whatever meat you have. Love it!

Its rudy's!!!!!! if you have never been to texas, you are missing out. GREAT BBQ restaurant there. This is the dry rub they use for their meats. good for steak, brisket, any kind of meats. Slap it on, throw it on the grill and you have a fantastic meal.

I was given a container of this rub that was purchased directly from the restaurant in Texas. It was THE BEST rub for ribs! I really loved it and everyone commented on how good my ribs were. I was running low and saw it available here on Amazon. When I opened it I realized it looked and smelled completely different from the original container I had. Looking closely at the ingredient list I saw it was a different recipe. Not sure if they sell a different version directly at the restaurant or if they have changed the recipe, but I am very disappointed.

Best rib rub ever. I use this on my baby backs almost every time. Nothing but compliments from everyone. I've made my own rubs, but this one has a great zippiness and tang I can't match.
