I would say yes, as long as there is 6ft height above and I’m assuming the gazebo is open. Do not put the Breeo on top of wood, because it would burn it. If the Gazeebo floor is metal. You should be fine…

How do u hasten the patina on the Corden Steel?

If by "hasten the patina" you mean to get it to discolor faster, the answer is to use it often.

Almost 50 pounds, "solid", well built and kind of heavy.. 2 people can carry it no problem. I carried it by myself a short distance from the garage to the 4 brick pavers on the side of the house where I wanted to set it up permanently.
