Is each of the pieces 7 ft or do all 5 pieces added together equal 7 ft?

there are 5 each cannula 7 foot long ,nose peace at one end and female end at the other. also 5 adapters male to male

I read the package and it said the cannula's are single use. Nothing in the information online said this! Is this true?

I think it means only to be used by a single person. The cannula can be used multiple times.

How do you use the swivel?

Insert the tool and twist clock wise. No matter how you use it, it doesn’t work!
