Quiet and easily adjustable
Very easy to set up. Quiet. You use an app to get start it and track your steps. Good purchase.

Nicer than others I have tried. Heavy duty.
I've had this for almost 90 days. This is the second walking pad I have tried. The first was a cheaper/smaller one of another brand, and I realized right away that I LOVE having a walking pad while working, and will use it every day. So, I decided to upgrade to nicer model with a more powerful motor and a wider belt. The KS Fit app has worked fine for me on my iPhone, and it will sync steps to your apple fitness if you adjust your settings to make KS Fit the priority. I'm not sure it would be worth doing though, because you would only get the steps counted from the app. So, I wear my apple watch on my ankle while I'm walking on it so I get accurate steps while working (and not swinging my arms). The belt is a good size. Wide enough and long enough that I don't run into the sides while working at my computer. The motor seems powerful, and it is fairly quiet. The biggest noise is the sound of your steps. The app works well for me. I haven't had any issues with power surges, or overloading the breaker. The readout on the machine is nice and large, and you can actually change from manual to auto by touching the readout, which is also a negative if you have a dog, or accidentally touch it with your toe while sitting on an exercise ball and activate the machine during a Teams meeting. ;) The auto feature worked fine the one time I tried it, but it takes some getting used to. I use it in manual 99% of time.I chatted with customer service about 2 stuck leveling buttons and they were very helpful and accommodating, even offering to send me a replacement machine at no extra charge. This seems like a good company that will honor the warranty.

Great for tight spaces
So far, so good. The positives:I've had the treadmill for three weeks and have used it every day but one and take it out, put it away daily. It stores in such a small space!!! My home office is 10' x 10' (9.3 sq m) so I needed something that can be put away very easily and fit in a small space both when in use and when put away. It comes fully assembled and is really easy to put up and back - no tools or anything required. You just loosen and tighten the handlebar with the built in knobs to raise or lower the handlebar as needed. The belt folds and unfolds easily and is easy to adjust. There are adjustable feet to ensure a level surface when in use. The wheels make it really easy to roll to take out and put away on my flat, hard surface floor. It seems really sturdy so far but I will update if there are any quality issues over time. The cons:It is heavy so make sure you have help in unpacking and the wheels are VERY low profile so it doesn't roll well on an uneven surface and does not roll at all on any depth of carpet. The product description says that in "walk" mode, which is when the handlebar is lowered, speed caps at 6 kilometers per hour (3.2 mph). This is not accurate with mine - it caps at only 3 kilometers per hour (1.9mph). That is way too slow for me. Fortunately, I have a standing desk and the handlebar is height adjustable so I can always keep the handlebar raised so it is in "run" mode and allows the faster speeds (see pic). I have not tried to max out the run speed so not sure if it does in fact hit 10 kilometers per hour.Overall, it is exactly what I was looking for and I am really happy with it. The only things that would make it better are if it had any sort of incline capability (would probably make it take up way more space though which defeats the purpose) and if it allowed for speed adjustments to the 10th of a mile. It only adjusts by .5 mph (3.0, 3.5, 4.0, etc.). Would be great if you could do 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, and so on.

Great for walking
I like this walking pad. It's great for walking if you want something for running I'd choose something else because the speed will not reach above 3.5 miles per hr.

It seemed like a good idea...
I read the outstanding reviews told by 25 year old youtubers, but they failed to mention one important point. It's hard. If you walk on it for more than one hour, you will get pain all over your body. My knee is hurting. My shins were hurting. I tried adding two treadmill pads. And I added two shoe insoles to my walking shoes which are new and only used for the walking pad. While it did help, it didn't stop the joint pain. The surface of the walking pad is harder than walking on a cement sidewalk. If it doesn't hurt you now, it will be the cause of your pain in the future. I ordered this product on amazon. I wanted to use this product because it is compact and easy to store away. But because I kept ordering new accessories to try and improve my experience, I went past the return date.

Need plug redesigned
Unit works as stated.Need to improve plug design to allowed unit to stand safely or place power plug to one of the sides therefore, the current plug will be safe to use..What happen to me is that the glue that kept the power plug in the back unit in place gave out after minimum use because the unit would not stand safely due to cord. You know plug in /plug out. I reached out the seller they gave me a service tag 3 months ago. No reply yet .....

very happy with purchase
I got this during a lightening sale for 200 dollars off list price about 2 month ago and so far have been very happy with purchase. I am using this about 30 minutes everyday at around 3.5-5 mph while wearing a weighted vest and find this to be an excellent work out. Max speed I have tried has been about 5.5 mph with no shaking of the pad. It was super easy to set up right out of the box no tools required. Every day I unfold it, exercise, fold it back up again and store it at corner of family room. I haven't had any problem with the belt slipping or needing to make any adjustments to it. Very fast to set up and take down. i use the remote to increase/decrease speed but have tried the app and that worked fine too but I prefer the remote. I have not tried the auto setting. I wanted a machine I could use to walk/light jog on but that would not take up too much space in my main living area and think this machine is perfect for my needs.
