Does it have a countdown timer?

Not out of the box, but it does if you modify it. It's actually really easy to do. Open it up, and remove a small solder jumper by scraping or soldering it off. There are easy YouTube videos on it. I did on mine and now have a countdown timer.

Can it display the time and stop watch at same time?

The time will be displayed at the bottom of the watch.

Watch looks so cool. Blackness in amazing. Light in this watch is very unique. All numbers turn green.Some ppl commented about the visibility of numbers. Well... yes. Numbers are not as clear from all angles as in regular watches. Numbers are white here while background is black. But they are clear enough and u will love having it. Just go for it.
