I’m so happy I made this purchase!! It comes with everything you need and even more! It included 4 detangling brushes which I was so happy about! They also provided 2 neck cushions, 2 hoses and extra parts! I’m currently using this in my hair room and I love it! I’d say it took me about 30 minutes to assemble it. It also comes with a video showing you how to put it together which was very helpful!! The water pressure is amazing and very strong! You place your foot on the pedal and the water comes from the hose which makes the functionally very easy to use. I was debating whether to get the one with the wheels and I’m so glad I didn’t. This is very easy to move around if needed but I usually have it one spot. It fits perfectly in a corner since it’s not so big. It’s very sturdy and not flimsy at all, great support! The only con is the buckets they provided! While they do hold a good amount of water, it’s not enough for a complete wash. I purchased two 11 gallon trash cans. One for the clean water and one for the dirty water. It was enough water for my client. I use the buckets either for extra water storage if needed. Overall, I would recommend this product for anyone who loves to wash hair! It is def worth the money with everything provided and a great investment!

Wash bowl is pretty nice simple to put together. I do suggest buying another hose . The one provided is not the best . If you turn the water pressure up from your sink the hose will fall off the faucet while washing hair . Great investment though

Pros: well packaged, quality, sturdy, relatively simple to put together. Water pressure was great. nice deep sink area. Easy to disassemble & clean Cons: instructions could have been a bit more detailed as far as connecting the spray hose & water pump to the each other & the other parts. Also, be sure you put the two small rubber washer pieces onto the spray hose attachment & the pump attachment part before screwing on,as they don't put that detail in the instructions. Also wish the tanks were much bigger like other reviews mentioned. I had to empty & refill the tanks at least 6 or so times --my daughters hair is very thick & long. Each wash & conditioner application used up at least one full tank. Unfortunately my faucet heads don't seem to be the right size/ type so that I can use the other included spray hose attachment which would allow direct water flow from a sink instead of using the tank. Also know that when using the tank you'll have to input proper temperature water to your suiting as the unit doesn't provide a way to heat the water Other than above comments I'm pleased with the purchase. It made my session washing my daughter's hair alot easier in the sense she didn't have to get into the shower. Just don't have a bad back & be ready to work your biceps lifting the full tanks off and on. Helps to be close to a water source like a tub for easy emptying if the used water& refilling the other tank with fresh water. Good luck!

This Shampoo bowls is PERFECT!!!!! I’m soooooooo happy I spent the extra money and got this one! Super sturdy and feels high end compared to other portable shampoo bowls. I will admit that you will need to buy a shampoo cushion to make it comfortable but that’s an easy fix. And for the hose attachment, it didn’t work for but I just attached the hose sprayer to my actual sink attachment and it worked great!! I work with men all day doing dreadlocks and they literally fall asleep when I shampoo their hair. So that says a lot! And these men are big so this shampoo sink can hold some weight!

Basin is Lightweight and portable, but very sturdy. Comes with a neck rest for comfort. Easy to assemble and take apart for storage. Comes with 4 detangling brushes. They are durable and work well on wet or dry hair. Recommend purchasing a separate hose and sprayer for better water pressure. The one that is included doesn't attach securely to the tap or shower.

Works for me! I bought a extra long hose for the water to exit in the sink with hair filter, and a extra long hose and spray nozzle to connect to my kitchen sink. Went to home depot and got the adapter! Perfect!

It's a bit awkward to use, but works well for a non spa location
