Godrej Cartini Easy Chopping Knife (Teal, Stainless Steel)

I’ve been using this knife for more than a month now, and it has become one of those kitchen tools I reach for quite often. What I liked immediately was the balance of the knife, it feels comfortable in the hand and gives good control while chopping. The blade is sharp enough for regular vegetable preparation and cuts through vegetables and leafy vegetables smoothly. I don’t have to put much pressure while chopping, which makes the work feel easier and quicker. The handle is another thing I liked. It has a comfortable grip and feels secure in the hand, even when I’m doing a larger amount of chopping. The size is also well suited for everyday kitchen work. After more than a month of use, the blade is still holding its sharpness well. I’ve also found it very easy to clean after use, so there’s no extra hassle when I’m done in the kitchen. It’s a simple knife, but the combination of sharpness, balance, comfortable grip and easy cleaning makes it genuinely useful for everyday vegetable preparation. I’m giving it 5 stars based on my experience so far.

Started out great but got blunt pretty quickly, good value for money though

As expected it was very sharp while at the same time it gives you a feeling of safety

good one using very long tine

Not sharp enough- just OK.
