I bought it twice . First time I thought It must have been a problem with that piece so bought another one and the same problem persisted. The product does not cool anything as in the discription. I would suggest not buy any such product Please as it will only be a waste of your hard earned money.

The product is very usefully, it has got both cooling and heating function. It takes about 3mins to cool and 5mins to heat. Very good to keep coffee hot or cool drinks cool. Best brand compared to the rest and also after-product suport is excellent!

I'll tell here about cooling of device.If you'll keep a glass of water in this, it will cool it. But. You all know that according to physics warm (or room temperature) water will keep floating above and the machine will cool down the water which is at the base. Diffusion from bottom to up of cold water will be slower than Diffusion of cold water from up to bottom.If you'll use the device as shown in the picture (upside down) it'll cool the water faster. Because in this case the upper surface will be colder than the bottom surface so automatically water from bottom will diffuse towards top making the process even and faster.I've tried both the ways and the one which I've uploaded here works faster (rest is on you).Now some points to mention :1. Do use metallic glass or utensil for cooling down the liquid.2. Try to use the glass which perfectly fits in the machine.3. It cools down water from room temperature (approx 40 degree Celsius) to a certain level the it will quench your thirst in about 50-60 minutes.P. S: I've written my review after using this device in my home and not in the car.

Product very bad nither cool nither hot..not it's maintain the tem .....don't purchase this product

One of the best product I ever bought... I bought this product after one of my friend suggested.. Now I can't travel more than 20 mins without this.... Since it goes well with both hot and cold drinks it is an excellent product.... I strongly recommend everyone to buy it

A can of coke takes about 2 hours to cool half a can. This should have been more powerful.

This product is good one to have in a car only if it could have served the purpose but unfortunately It takes way to long to cool just a 200 ml of water and even more longer to warm the same amount of water. And you can cool only 1 bottle at once. Not so powerful with 500 ml of quantity. Needs improvement on its performance. I would not recommend it due to its powerless performance.
