Margaritaville Coast Is Clear Women's Beach Cruiser Bike, 26-Inch

I seriously LOVE this bike!! My husband and kids make fun of me because "its not cool" but it is so comfortable to ride!! plus the Bottle opener feature is cool, because who doesn't take wine coolers with them on bike rides lol (JK sort of ) and the basket holds all your extra drinks or kid stuff!! Overall its sturdy, works well, and has everything I wanted/ needed, and the seat is squishy so no sore vajayjays. I actually put it together myself!! no husband help needed!!

Wow! I love this bike.I bought this for cruising around on our local greenbelt trail, which is paved, although there are sometimes areas of gravel, grass and dirt.My last beach cruiser Panama Jack bike was cute but had coaster brakes ( not hand brakes ) and no speeds, just go and stop. I was not happy with the coaster brakes at all. I prefer a little more control over my ride and gears for the hills.So, I bought this mint green Margaritaville bike with 7 speeds and hand brakes. Perfect!Also, the frame on this bike is aluminum and not steel. That makes it very much lighter weight over-all. I like the lighter weight, helps me even more with manueuverability.It is super comfy to ride, I love all the details on it and I have had compliments from lots of folks on the trail.Now, I must say that I bought this bike unassembled. My husband is a bike expert so he put it together for me. There were a few "fixes" he did to make the bike better. One thing, he used a spoke tool to tighten and adjust all the wheel spokes. Otherwise the wheels would be kinda crooked, out of line. He fixed that. He also put different brakes on the back wheel, made by cool stop. The original ones were okay but these are better.We took a little time adjusting the handlebars to exactly what angle felt good to me, as well as the brakes and the seat. You can change all these things with the right wrenches and tools.I love riding this bike, it is comfy and no back pain like a lean-forward mountain bike. And not like driving a school bus like the other beach cruiser I had.I highly recommend to anyone who mainly rides on pavement and wants comfort plus control.Hope that helps someone.Oh, btw, the parrot squeeker toy "bell" is adorable and gets attention. I saw a different version of this bicycle at Jimmy Buffet's restaurant/gift shop at City Walk at Universal Studios in Orlando last August and loved it so decided to shop online for it. I discovered there are several options for the Margaritaville bicycle besides the one I saw in the store and I chose the Coast is Clear model. This one has Shimano gears and a green color scheme. It is very well built and has really fun decorative details like the squeaky parrot and the cup holder. It rides like a dream! Not a bicycle for serious cyclers perhaps, but a great and very competent casual sport rider. I am the envy of my middle aged pals who have been Parrot Heads for decades. I actually keep it in my home office because it's a cheerful reminder that summer riding at the beach is never far away. Such fun! Strongly recommend this piece of ridable art.

Amazon did it again with excellent customer service!!!! Delivery was schedule for a few weeks out but I received the bike on the 3rd day. Assembly of the bike was not very difficult but it did take som3 time and patience. The bike came 70% assembled and the gear assembly was in line and worked just fine, you just basically have to put on the rim/tires, seat, fenders, and some the of the fun accessories. My wife loved the parrot, it functions as a bell but doesn't ring it squeaks like a dog's toy, she loves it. Overall the bike is well made and we'll package. You absolutely can't go wrong at this price point. My wife is super happy and loves the bike and that in itself is all worth it. She can't wait to take it down the shore. I would have given a 5 out of 5 but the brakes are OK at best. Thanks again amazon for the excellent customer service and support. The retail industry has a lot to learn from you guys!!!

Overall, I LOVE my bike but there are some complaints. First of all, I was trying to save a buck to buy online and wish I opted to buy it locally, already assembled. As another review mentioned, the instructions are not good. Additionally, the frame of the bike looks crooked! Can't describe it any other way than to say it looks crooked. It has nothing to do with my assembly- it's the frame! I also swear that this bike (or parts of it) were used. There was a coffee/coke splatter under the front fender. I also agree with the same review that complains of the front brake alignment. They had to be totally realigned. Why even bother attaching them if they are totally misaligned???Once the bike is put together, it's the best thing ever. I just wish I would have bought it already assembled from my local store where they would have the hassle of assembly and I could have inspected every last inch of the frame before buying.

Bicycle was damaged out of the box. Instructions are crap. Front brake pads could have been put in proper location to contact rim not just thrown on. A list of wrench sizes needed to assemble bicycle would be nice not just an adjustable wrench. The other bike I purched had the tools needed to assemble, granted they are cheap and maybe 1 or 2 time use.

Finally got the bike after waiting two months. Apon opening the box I discoverd the bike had several scratches on rear frame. Decals were placed on like someone was in a real hurry and didnt properly seal them down andthe rear fender had a bend in it.On the possitive side. The bike is very comfortable to ride. It shifts good and was easy to assemble.

Love this bike! The colors, the thoughtful details... the parrot horn! It's super comfortable and the Shimano gear shifter is awesome and super simple to use. Erg happy with this purchase and I think this was a good value considering what I found after a couple weeks of shopping.

Ok let’s just say it was a scary start, item received with box badly damaged. Then when opened box to find front fender bent/cracked paint. Then when all unpacked found the cup holder smashed into pieces. Then I started to put the bike together, well everything was going well until the front basket. Bracket was installed wrong bike stem. I had to take apart and correct and put back together again. Hope your a handy person because you have to understand what your doing without good directions. After all was done I have to say I really like the bike. Like I said rough start but the bike is good overall. Disappointed with broken parts and would like them replaced, now just have to figure out how to do that lol

Purchased this bike for myself and what a comfortable, sharp looking ride.. brakes do squeal will be replacing the pads soon but other then that I am very happy with the purchase.. I love the Parrot horn, the bottle cap was installed upside down but I was able to fix..High recommend this bike!

Showed up completely and extremely damaged!! Not even sure if it can be assembled or not yet and missing key parts/accessories
