Are these real selenite? Or man made/ cultured?

There real I have some chakra issues and when I place them on my chakras they do give some tingling effects.

Real stones are warm to the touch .mine are cold .are they fake ?

No that's wrong they should be very cold and take some time to warm up and should be very warm and take some time to cool down. There real I promise I use them for clearing my energy.

Mine came very dusty and splinters. What do I do?

U can take a nail file and sort of scrape off the loose splinters with the nail file. Whatever u do don't get them wet they will literally dissolve.
