I think these are working fine. No digestive upset, etc. Of course, you never know how multi’s are going to affect you, but when you read the label, understand that many of the ingredients are extremely over the RDA for practically any age group. This one in particular has so much vitamin A that I would never take the recommended 2 capsules a day. So I get 2 months for 1 bottle. No complaint there.

Disappointing vitamin product price reasonable
This is the first time I'm really using this product but to be honest with you the taste is off and it's hard to swallow the pills are a little bit big but other than that it seems to do okay but I may not buy this again for the reason is that I don't seem to see a difference now I had other vitamins that I paid money for that really works the taste is great when you swallow it and they're not hard to swallow it all but for some reason maybe the gel wrapped around the capsule is the problem I'm having I don't know if I would recommend this to anyone I don't think I'm going to buy this again I may try something else unfortunately I'm not that pleased with it
