how are there aminos if there is no nitrogen?

There is no free nitrogen; the only the nitrogen in the amino chain.  Nitrogen atoms in the amino chain are usually bonded to an oxygen atom or two hydrogen atoms, so the nitrogen is not available for the plant to absorb in the nutrient solution.   Only the full amino chain is available for absorption.

There’s a lot more to fueling bigger flowers than giving your plants correct ratios and types of potassium and phosphorus.
