These speakers sound incredible for their size. The audio is clear, detailed, and balanced, making both music and movies much more enjoyable. The build quality is excellent, and they were easy to integrate into my setup. An outstanding value for anyone looking to upgrade their sound system.

Had my eye on these for a long time. Had a pair of Polk rti4's for many years till I played them so loud one night I blew the voice coils. I replaced those with some Nuemi bs5's. For a little over a hundred dollars they are great speakers that punch well above their price. However when I finally caught these Polk es15's used/returned at a price direct from from the Amazon warehouse I couldn't ignore I took the chance. They are brand new though. Never been unboxed, I couldn't believe it. Even at full price they would be worth it. I listen to a lot of different genres of music, some on vinyl, some CD's, and digital copies/streaming. Everything sounds great. Clean, precise, full, and dynamic. Intrument seperation and stereo stage is very wide and detailed. Bass is well defined and tight. Mids are smooth and not too forward. Highs are clean and crisp without being sibilant or fatigueing. Cabinets are very well made and heavier than you would think. Very well built.

Beautiful speakers sound great

Could not be happier with these speakers. I still have my Infinity Overture 3 speakers but they are just really over-powering for the smaller space of my living room. I'm driving these speakers with an Adcom GFA 5400 125W per channel power amp (that I've had for decades - still love it). Without going into a lot of "audiophile speak" I'll just say I really like these speakers and are a great value for the money. They really, really fill my living room without much effort. I took a few months to break them in but well worth the wait. Get these, you'll be quite happy with them.

Been using these over the past few weeks as front speakers in a budget 5.1.2 home theater setup. Haven't tried these just on their own. I live in a small apartment and didn't go too big. I have the es10's as surround, es15's as fronts, t30 center channel, xt90's for Atmos, and a Klipsch wireless sub from Costco. All Polk besides the sub. The sub was probably not the best match it's too big, but was on sale and wireless allows me to move it in a better spot for my place. I have been listening to Tidal with the app on my TV plugged into a Denon S760H. It sounds great. Crisp and clean highs, clear mids, the bass took me a while to dial in because the sub is just too big lol. Was able to find a sweet spot where I can still hear the low rumbles and I'm not shaking the walls. Movies sound great too. Dolby Atmos does give the movie theater vibe when watching movies. Bought these to upgrade my entertainment center. Very happy overall. You can probably get the same sound quality a little cheaper elsewhere, but these are built like a tank very solid construction and look like they will last a long time. They look and feel premium and modern. Would recommend.

So I ordered a new pair and an Amazon “refurbished” pair. I’m leaving 5 stars because I don’t want this review to negatively impact an EXCELLENT set of speakers. Polk has really stepped up their speaker game again and it’s refreshing to see. BUT, The refurbished pair came in the correct box, but inside was a set of T15’s and NOT the ES15’s as ordered, (see pic). The new pair ordered arrived as described, so I’m able to rate them 5 stars. The highs are crisp and while I’m in a 7.2.4 set up, I cannot comment on the base response as I’m crossed over at 80hz to the dual subs, but the to front presence ES15’s have a fantastic build quality, sound great and look fantastic, (as opposed to say KEF’s which sound great too, but look boring af). Oh and these ES15’s compliment the ES35 Center beautifully as well. I’ll be returning these refurbed ones back and when I get refunded, intend to (without hesitation) will purchase another set for rear surrounds, but NEW this time! BTW, I’m replacing my 17yr old Bose AM16 system with these Polks and feel like I have significantly upgraded my surround system, even though those Bose sounded great still, I got an Rx-A8A and felt like a speaker upgrade was in order too. I have ZERO regret on these so far, although I did opt for Klipsch 12swi subs, (which are awesome too)! If I didn’t purchase KEF Q950’s for fronts before, I would seriously have taken a second look at Elite Polk towers. Keep it coming Polk! Affordable, quality and beauty, what a recipe!!

Excelentes bafles

Rear bass port bracket may be the only novelty feature, allowing to hang the speakers on the wall. Somewhat huge cabinets (see photos - next to Yamahas HS5). Heavy (which is expected for quality speakers), but without bottom-mount option for the floor stands (see last photo). Can't imagine just leaving them unbolted! Claimed 5" woofers in reality are only 4 inches (of cones that actually move the air). IMHO overblown and full of hype: "Dolby Atmos & DTS:X Compatible". Like all other unpowered speakers these only have 2 posts in the back: + and -. Audiowise, not that much different from my old Yamahas NS-M125 with a Yamaha 8" subwoofer. Overall, I was not impressed.

These are old school full range bookshelf speakers, not meant for surround sound applications but for full sound in smaller rooms. The bass reflex design works well enough that a sub isn't required for great sound. The quality of workmanship is outstanding for this price point. As far as sound quality goes, it's subjective but I've always found that Bose seem to be a little flat sounding and I prefer the warmer sound of the extended lower and higher frequencies. I also have a home studio and these come very close to the frequency response of my 5" KRK near field studio speakers. As for the description, these are not USB speakers, they are passive and require a good clean amplifier to work properly.

Son una belleza, tanto esteticamente como de sonido, son mis primeros altavoces de gama alta y estoy muy feliz por su desempeño, en mi sala de 4x4 salen sobradas, escucho, jazz, electronica, clásica y de Rock clasico hasta heavy, trash, dead metal melodico y Rock progresivo, y en todos se comportan de maravilla sin cansar los oidos. Y se ven super elegantes en mi set up.

Very happy with the purchase. Sound is excellent. Much cheaper to get it here than the local shops here.

High quality bookshelf speakers. Paired with my Fosi Audio BT20a pro they produce a deep natural sound. Build quality is second to none. Would purchase again in a heart beat.
