It is NOT Made IN America. Some are made in Bangladesh, others China.

Q: What does the white flag mean

As far as I know it’s just a style of the hat. The only flags that are white that actually signify something is the one with a blue line in the middle (police), red line (firefighters), or green (military).

Q: Is a small/medium youth size or adult size?

Adult size. But be warned, it’s not the actual Flexfit brand. It’s a cheap brand that runs small. I usually fit a l/xl very comfortably, but with this hat it’s pretty snug. Buy a size up if you’re going to buy it.
