This carrot cake brings back memories of working at the Ponderosa Steak House in Allentown, PA. In the 1980s !! This is the best tasting carrot cake I personally have ever tasted, and is worth you buying either for your business, church dinners, or family meals , and on Thanksgiving , or Christmas!! Thanks!
