Will it fit a 20 inch calf

Yes they do - you just need to scroll far enough down. It is in very small print and I was unable to maximize it on my phone. But it is there!

Will these hide a foot tattoo ? Or are they see through ?

I bought black, so yes. I did not buy the nude color.

Do the 2xl have 2 seams in the back that give you the appearance of wearing a diaper, or does it have 1 seam. Thank you!

There is only 1 seam down the front and back. The 3xlg is comfortable with some compression where the 2xl has significantly more compression which was uncomfortable for me.
