I’ve used it for a year and it's still in good condition. That said, I agree this type of fabric and the connecting parts are prone to leaking — it happened with a previous purchase. But so far, so good. I used this when I was a kid, so I'm glad I found the same pattern again. Thank you!

I’m sorry about this product. Started to leak on 1 So Amazon made it easy. I brought it to UPS right up the street. My refund will only take a couple days. Thank you.

This is my second set of (4) purchased & I absolutely love them! I rotate 3-4 over the course of the night as I like to keep my head very cool. Fill with15 cups water & remove ALL air prior to putting the plug back in. If there's air then there will be leaks nor will it be as cold.

This water pillow worked really well for my husband at first. He uses it at night to help with his neck pain while sleeping, and the cooling effect and support made a noticeable difference. When it was working properly, it helped him stay more comfortable and get better rest. Unfortunately, after a couple of months of use, it started leaking and could no longer be used. We were disappointed because it was a great product while it lasted, and we really liked the comfort it provided. The idea behind the pillow is excellent, but the durability could be improved. If the quality and longevity were better, this would be a much higher-rated product.

I bought this to actually SIT on, because I’ve been so desperate for something like a water bed to sit on, to ease pain while also keeping me cool. It’s risky to use this water pillow for this purpose, but by filling it only half way (maybe even less than half) and ensuring no air remains in the bag, it has been holding up remarkably well! I’m trusting it enough to have it on my leather recliner. Keep in mind I am only 140lbs. I wouldn’t risk it if you’re much heavier than I am. (And check the seams regularly!) Anyway, it stays cool without having to change the water at all. If you suffer from pain in your ischial tuberosity (aka sit bones), this is worth a try! Also, sitting on re-usable ice packs help to numb the pain on really bad days. “If it hurts, freeze it” - Confucius My hunt for the PERFECT cushion to sit on continues. I recently got my tax refund check & decided to splurge on the ROHO cushion because I know how incredibly comfortable those are. But if you can’t afford a ROHO & you suffer as much as I do (you poor thing!!!), trust me, I’ve tried everything else. This water pillow, ice packs and steroid injections are all that have worked somewhat well for me. Inventors/creators/businesses: Make a water pillow specifically designed to sit on! And for the love of everything good, please don’t use designs like this product. Just make them solid colours. Black, gray, green, red, etc. patterns like this pillow are embarrassing - and that’s why this pillow gets only 4 stars. What an eyesore & such a shame I have to cover it just so I don’t have to see it 🤪
