Liber & Co. Tropical Passion Fruit Syrup (9.5 oz)

This is one of the best passion fruit syrup I tried. I use it to make smoothies with boba. It's also very good in a few cocktail recipes. It's not super sweet but flavorful. Pour easily.

This brand is the very...VERY BEST for drinks (and even pancakes) that call for passion fruit syrup. This company has other flavored syrups, and I have tried a lot of them, and they all are gold standard.

Love this stuff. I use it to make Hurricanes. I’m not always brand-specific, but I do keep coming back to this when I run out. The price is right and flavor isn’t too sweet or tart.

our family discovered Liber & Co. two summers ago and we’ve been absolutely hooked ever since. their website (& newsletter) offer a massive range of recipes that will diversify and elevate your at-home cocktail experience dramatically. i would give these cordials 100 stars if i could, especially the passionfruit. it is mountains above any liqueur or cordial of the same flavor. i could just bathe in it…. buuuut i knocked off a star because the cost on amazon really bums me out. the 17 ounce bottles are $18 on their website, plus you get free shipping on orders over $50 (previously, $60). not sure if the price here is to account for shipping or the cut that amazon takes.. but if it’s for shipping, the bottles oughtta match the website price with additional shipping. that way, i could purchase 2-3 bottles here & only pay a single shipping fee. there’s gotta be a solution here! griping aside, buy this IMMEDIATELY! you won’t be disappointed. the cocktail pictured here is my nicaraguan delight and PICK of the summer. - muddled mint - simple syrup (0.5 oz.) - flor de caña (2.5 oz) - fresh lime (0.75 oz.) - passionfruit ( 0.75 oz) - topped with prosecco (optional) shake the hell out of it & strain. i prefer it served up but add ice to keep myself from sucking it down in one gulp! garnished with lime wheel & sprig..

This syrup has a nice, pure, passion fruit flavor for cocktails. It makes a nice Hurricane or Puka Punch. I like that it has just a few ingredients. It is significantly sweeter than the other passion fruit syrup I was using so I adjust the cocktail recipe accordingly.

This stuff is magically delicious and makes for the perfect Saturn. I'm sure there are other purposes, such as making a passion fruit lemonade, for example... it's really great. Seriously. Get it now. Why are you still reading this? CLICK THE BUTTON AND DO THE THING

I have a mantra; "Friends don't let friends drink pre-bottled syrups". I make my own (including Falernum, Orgeat and Cassia/Ceylon cinnamon) syrups. Making a fresh batch of homemade passionfruit syrup tastes so much better than ANYthing found in a bottle, but where I live (Phoenix), passionfruit can be hard to come by. So Liber & Co is what I turn to when the fruit supply runs dry. It works perfectly well for a (true) Hurricane, Saturn and other Donn Beach/Jeff Berry tuned classic tiki cocktails.

Making tiki drinks requires having tropical fruit syrups. Making your own takes a lot of work, but Liber makes having them a lot easier. They taste wonderful and are well made with real fruit and cane sugar. Liber's syrups are a little expensive but worth it for the time they save and quality of the ingredients.

Really love this. Its a flavourful and thick syrup, and works great in a fancy mixed cocktail. It is a bit too sweet when used in an amount for maximum flavour, but i balanced that out with some lime, which didn't over power the flavour. I will buy this again for sure. Although its expensive, the flavour is so good its totally worth it.

Delicious! I use this to make my favourite martini. 1 oz passion fruit puree, 1/2 oz of lime juice, 1 oz vanilla vodka, top with soda water. Pour into a martini glass. You're welcome :)
