Super Sound Quality, i am using it with an old Sony Muteki 6.2 Channel Home Theater.Crystal Clear Crispy Sound.Battery Duration 8 Hours Almost.Very Good Equalizer.My suggestion is to use with iPhone Wired Earphones and dont forget to enable LDAC Bluetooth Codec with android...Best product for Music Lovers.

This is an excellent product. I'm a big sucker for well-designed products and interfaces and this pushes all the right buttons for me.The things I like:- Wow. That sound. Even over bluetooth. Audio out of any quality pair of headphones just sounds so much bigger; I'd describe the DAC as sounding very honest and mild-mannered.- Plenty of gain hiding away ready to be unlocked- Latency is there but isn't bad, gets better over APTXLL- It's purdy- 3.5mm jack is very stiff and feels well-made- Menu interface is intuitive and has good features- Device asks if you want to turn off charging when connecting to a phone as to not drain the phone's battery- Intuitive-ish physical buttons- Charges surprisingly fast- 384 kHz support over USB 2.0, as well as USB 1.0 support ensuring near-universal compatibilityThe things I don't like:- Bluetooth range is not amazing over LDAC but that's not unusual- Audio quality dips down while charging from a device that isn't the source device- You hold volume down to skip forwards and volume up to skip backwards??? I'm used to it now but it's still strange- Wish it had a gain limiter feature either when starting up or when it receives a really hot signal; my IEMs have definitely rattled my eardrums using this thingOverall the ultimate daily-driver for audiophiles IMO. Pair it with some decent KZ's and give your friends a call with the FIIO's built-in mic once you've managed to pick your jaw up off the floor.

Este FIIO BTR5 2021 superó mis expectativas, en verdad tiene mucha potencia, es muy versátil fácil de llevar a dónde sea, además de bonito está perfectamente construido, enserio te lo digo en potencia no le pide mucho a mi FIIO K7 y es ahí donde me tiene más que sorprendido, este BTR5 mueve audífonos no tan demandantes, lo eh usado con mis monolite M1060 y créeme los mueve perfecto a pesar de ser planates (50 ohms con 103 db) y que decir de in ears más que sobrados los eh usado con los FIIO FD5 Y FH7 y en estos últimos de verdad ten mucha precaución con el volumen, siempre que los uses con audífonos muy sensibles baja todo el volumen de tu fuente y del BTR5 no te querrás volar los oídos, no te los recomiendo que los uses con audífonos comerciales (BOSE NC700 O SONYXM4) no escalan casi nada, ya que dichos audífonos tienes sus límites de fábrica.También te cuento sus cualidades según mis perspectivas, su firma de sonido está entre cálida y analitica, por un lado disfrutas la música pero sin perder detalles, obviamente depende con que audífonos los uses, pero con todos si sientes la personalidad de este excelente BTR5 y sumado a las cualidades de tus audífonos todo se torna mucho mejor, logrado unos bajos controlados pero de mucha calidad, los medios para mí gusto es lo que más sobresale sumamente resolutivos, y los agudos correctos y bien definidos, en algunos momentos discretamente brillantes, pero nunca te sacan de la experiencia, diría que la firma de sonido de este BTR5 es equibradaFinalmente, te comento que FIIO cuánta con una app (FIIO CONTROL) que no te recomiendo para nada, es una lástima que tenga muchas funciones la app, perooooo es sumamente inestable, en mi caso no ecualizo, así que no tengo problemas ahí, lo ocupodesde mi REDMI NOTE 9S toma sin problemas el códec LDAC que está perfecto, (y cableado ufff escala aún más, así que la manera que lo quieras ocupar está más que excelente) te recomiendo que lo emparejes con tu cel y solo ocupes las funciones nativas.Te lo recomiendo ampliamente

I did not like the audio quality of this DAC. It was not much of an upgrade from the Belkin Rockstar 24bit 96kz DAC I had before, according to my ears, and compared to the Fiio BTR7, there was no contest! The BTR7 blew it away in audio quality!This was useful in that you could use it for Bluetooth streaming across the room, supported many codecs as a receiver, and it is a better external DAC than many others. If your upgrading from an Apple dongle and your budget is tight, then this may be the one for you! Just because I did not like the audio quality doesn’t mean you won’t. A lot of people do love this little guy, and the BTR7 is larger. So if size is a major factor for you, then this might be the one for you!

An incredible Hi-Fi audio device for the new world where smartphones no longer have headphone ports! I prefer not to carry around a DAP with my phone and it also is costly to have to buy another $500+ device in addition to my phone.With a 1TB MicroSD and my Samsung S20 FE I have the storage needed to carry my entire music library, and paired with the FiiO BTR5 I have a great quality DAC AMP with the option of balanced output for a bit extra power.Connection is always great, and has quite an impressive range. LDAC is awesome. Finish is a finger print magnet which sucks but I have the plastic clip case on it all the time so not a big issue.Software (App) is good, haven't had issues with it; it's minimal and responsive and provides all the options I could ask for and you can change the same settings on the device without the app which is great for those that don't want extra junk on their phone.Battery life is also great, I use it during exercise and at night to listen to audiobooks and I've never had a situation where I was dangerously low after heavy use.All-in-All absolutely no regrets, would most definitely recommend this for any on-the-go user. As the great Zeos Pantera once said (paraphrased) "If you use IEMs, get one of these" (assuming you don't have a DAP or other device already)
