How to connect with Tannoy 501A if I buy Creative X-Fi Titanium HD? Is 2 or 1xMonoprice 6ft Premier Series XLR Male to 1/4inch TRS Male 16AWG Cable?

I used my soundcard for recording and playing music, also for games. There are two RCA output connectors, hooked up to my Samson XP150 mixer/monitor and or Behringer powered monitor 125 watts each. It sounds great, just use the appropriate signal cable, RCA to a 1/8"stereo or RCA to XLR or 1/4"phone jack.

Should I be able to install this with a Windows 7 64 bit system?

If you'll read the "Product Description" above you'll find:"The Titanium HD sound card is compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista (32- and 64-bit) and Windows 7."It works with Windows 7, both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.  Whether you, in particular, should be able to install it depends on your capabilities.

Question 3

I bought a Astro A40 headset and mix amp. Will I be able to plug the optic cable from my mix amp into this card?

You wasted money buying this sound card if your using an Astro mixamp.... all a mixamp is, is a soundcard in a little box.  Should just hook up a nice pair of headphones and a mic directly to the card and actually use the card... your not even using the card if u use optical.

The description for this product wasnt that clear for me. can i plug in av sources for extraction? vcr, walkman, record player, etc..?

The device is designed to go into a PCI slot inside a desktop computer. If you have the appropriate software on your desktop computer (e.g. Creative Smart Recorder) you can plug in any audio source and record it on your PC. I use it to record music off of on-line sources like YouTube. Does that answer your question?
