Family game is so much fun

We played this a couple of times with our "grand" and it was just okay. Not very challenging and didn't hold a 4 year old's attention for very long. Probably the best part was no batteries were needed.

My boys love this game! They are 9 and 6 years old and have had the best time.

I’m a speech therapist always looking for games I can use in therapy with my littles. There are ideas out there on how to modify games like this to use in therapy.

The acorns can be tricky to put in his mouth so not a great toy for littles with poor fine motor skills.

This is a really cool concept but needs some work. I purchased this for my 4 year old and 2.5 year old daughters. In order of importance, they are: First, it’s way too hard for these kids to push the acorns down the mouth. Even I had to position my hand on the back of the head just to get enough force to push the acorn down the squirrels mouth. So they need to fix the size of the acorn or the resistance of the mouth. Second, the tree trunk that holds the acorns should be slightly deeper so that all the acorns sit under the top to accommodate a lid for storage without fear of losing these acorns. Third, the video instructions don’t tell you how you acquire the special balls you keep on the cheap cardboard cutout. Maybe the printed version does, but they specifically give you a QR code to watch how to play. Last, the tail that snaps on the back feels like it’s going to rip off. Feels cheap. Need to strengthen this.
