Did the job
It worked on my 2005 Honda accord high pressure side. The replacements they send didn’t fit my particular vehicle so make sure you stop by an autozone or something to get the right ones before you start the project(I got a kit with 2 valves, 2 new caps, and a basic tool for $6).

works on most car/truck AC
however, did not work on my 2006 Ford Explorer. The valve is thicker see picture, on the stem to be removed. Worked on my other vehicles. Having 5 boys, this comes in handy for adding freon in older vehicles and changing out valve stems to save the freon and not drain the system. Worth the money.

Take your time -have patience
After filling my 2006 Jeep A/C with 143a I noticed the fill valve was leaking. I used this kit to replace valve. I ran into a little clearance problem that was solved by temporarily bending a little metal out of the way. The key to making this work is to take a vise or pliers and slightly clamp the fingers of the prong so that they have a tight grip on the valve tip. Be careful not to bend them too much (don't want to break them). Take your time. You can test the snugness on the new valve you will be swapping out the old one with. This kit was inexpensive and did the trick. Read other reviewers before using this and see what works for them. The secret is making sure the fingers on the end of the prong grip the head of the valve securely enough to pull it out.

Seems to be junk!
Only using to change the valves on an empty system. If I planned on using these more, I would have returned them immediate and wanted my money back. One of them works perfectly. The other barely slides and when it does, it takes the seal out of its seat. It's like the shaft is too big, bent, etc.Was garbage right out of the box.For what they are designed to do (change valves and maintain pressure), the bad one clearly would not work. If that is what your intentions are, then I would suggest you buy a different brand.

Very kewl
Great tool. Almost fun to use and way easier than blowing the entire charge, vacuuming and recharging.Did not come with 134-A cores which would have been nice.

Warning! High pressure tool does not work on R134a automotive system!
I bought this kit as I had two leaking Schrader valves (high and low side) on my Corvette. I wanted to be able to replace the valves without dumping all the refrigerant and having to pump the system down. The low pressure side worked with a little adjustment to the tool to actually grip the Schrader so you can actually lift out the Schrader once it is loose. I was aware of this from other reviewers so I knew what to expect. However, the high pressure side DID NOT fit the Schrader AT ALL! The part of the Schrader that you need the tool to attach so you can unscrew is way to big for this tool Buyer beware! If you need to change the high side Schrader, this kit will not work for you. If you just need to change the low side, you are okay. I gave this two stars because I was able to change the low side without any refrigerant loss and I was able to change the high side without 100% pressure loss. Basically once I pulled the Schrader, with a proper fitting remover, I used the ball valve portion of this tool to quickly snap it onto fitting in the car and close the valve. When I went install the new Schrader I was able pull the ball valve and get the Schrader in the fitting quickly enough while the line was still under pressure eliminating the need to pump down the system.
