All right y'all. My review is long but worth the read so get comfortable before you keep going lol. I'm pretty cheap, so I've never paid for professional pest control services. Any issue has always been easily eradicated with over-the-counter product. I'm currently battling German roaches and I can't get rid of the little s****. They are completely indestructible and literally don't give AF about the poison I try to offer them. Wherever they are breeding in my home, they are happy as can be and just love scaring the crap out of me when I open cabinets, and embarrassing me enough to not have company over in my absolutely lovely home that I work hard to keep clean and beautiful. So I was about to suck up the expense and just schedule Terminex or Orkin to come out, but I was like let me hop online first and see if there's any last effort product that I gravitate to. And I landed on this stuff. It looks like peanut butter and has no unpleasant smell. I put it down very unstrategically. I just squeezed dots around my cabinets and along my baseboards. I think it's like crack to the roaches because they came out from wherever the hell they were hiding immediately and started eating it. It was really tempting not to start killing the little s**** as they were eating. By the morning I was pleasantly surprised to see like 10 belly up dead roaches on the floor. It was such a joy because other products mainly act as a barrier so you don't really know if it killed anything. But you get actual gratification with this stuff because you get to see them dead or in the process of dying. (I know I sound like a psychopath but oh well) I also noticed the stuff was almost completely dry by the AM, but the roaches where still coming out to eat. So I have decided to painstakingly remove the dry product and replace it with a fresh dose each day until I don't see anything moving. It's a lot of work but I am absolutely dedicated to the cause of totally eradicating the roaches. Even with doing this I still have almost three out of the four tubes left. This evening I will be placing the product in the garage, the patio, around the outside windows, and the front porch. I'm hoping that I will have an excellent follow up review in a week or two.

I have a decent sized house with a few cats, a dog, 3 teenagers and a 9 year old. Needless to say when I work a lot the house gets and stays messy sometimes. My neighbors has had a HUGE German roach infestation for years and doesn't care. They have made their way into my house and for 2 years I have spent likely hundreds of dollars on sprays, bombs, traps, citrus oils, borax, diamataceous earth and other roach killing products. All work for a day or 2 and we see a few less, but then they're all over and into everything again within a week or so. I ordered the bait stations, syringe bait and the growth inhibitor stations at the same time. They arrived 1 by 1. The bait stations came first and I immediately placed them in areas where I know there is a lot of activity and my pets cannot access. While I haven't specifically seen any bugs eat the bait I don't know if they are working or not. Next the syringe bait came and I started in my bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and 2nd bathroom. I placed some on each side of every drawer, on every shelf, inside every cupboard door, under the stove, under and behind the fridge and throughout my cabinets underneath by the pipes and such. Just for sh*ts and giggles I put a spot of bait in front of a live roach to see if it would eat it and it ran literally right to it and stopped and proceeded to chow down. 4th day the growth inhibitors came. I have yet to place them due to not really having the time yet. So far, every room I have placed bait in has dead roaches all over the place. For the first time in forever I was able to cook in my kitchen and I watched to see if anything went after my food and nothing. In 4 days I have gone from having these repulsive little invaders everywhere and on everything in my kitchen to seeing a total of TWO live ones. Even my kids say they haven't seen any. This is the BIGGEST relief! Soon I can start to actually invite people into my house again without the fear of a cockroach crawling on them and embarrassing my family. I would give this product 50 stars if I could!! Cleaning out all of the dead bugs, their disgusting messes everywhere, the roach poop and everything has made my house look and smell 100% better!! I am finally getting to run my house the way I used to instead of not cooking or eating at the table as a family because bugs would run across the table or get into the oven or stovetop pots and pans. Thank you a million times to whoever invented this!! And it was still under $100 for everything. Definitely affordable for the results!!

The complex where I live has a pest infestation problem. There isn't much that can be done when you live in a multi-family unit. However, we have tried EVERYTHING to no avail. The apartments also have a pest control service that comes once a month to spray. We've lived here a year and sadly have failed to see 1 dead bug as a result. We have personally purchased bombs, sprays and gel bait with no luck. The night that the product arrived I followed the directions by putting small dabs of gel in areas where the bugs are seen. The next morning there were dead roaches and a few sick ones on the floor and in the areas where I placed the bait! The kit comes with 4 syringes prefilled with product. I have only used half of 1 syringe! That was 3 days ago and have only seen a couple of stragglers so the next night I reapplied the product in those areas. Nothing I have ever used has worked like this does!! When applying only use a small dot because what they don't eat dries up and it will need to be reapplied. Tip: if you place a small dot near electronics, where they like to hide, they will come out to eat the bait and die. Don't waste your money hiring pest control to come out or buying stuff that doesn't work. Advion Roach Gel Bait is AMAZING! I also have small dogs so I apply to areas where they can't reach it like inside cabinets and drawers and pantry. There's no foul smell associated with this product. It's easy to use and the results are almost immediate!!!

UPDATE ON THE SECOND PARAGRAPH! The first time I bought Advion it was, because so many people were telling me them self that it worked for them. So I tried it but it didn’t work and I think the reason why didn’t work out first was because I would only put it out once. the second time I bought it was because the roaches were getting bad and I wanted to try using it a second try this time putting it out multiple times a week. And it did indeed work. I will put it about two or three times a week within a month I started seeing zombie roaches. After two weeks of putting it out, I had stopped for a couple of weeks and then noticed that the roaches were coming back healthier again. So then I put the bait out again and actually caught some eating the baits. So this time I am going to keep up with the baits in addition, I hired my own pest control. The pest control guy came back out and added Avion gel baits as well, so when I saw that he used it too That’s when I especially realized that this stuff works. If the big companies are using it, then should we. I think these Avion baits work best fresh or at least not too hard and dry. I’ve havent see them go after the old baits. Remember to do your part be clean, don’t clutter, clean with chemicals that scares roaches away ( I’ve found that when I clean with vinegar it helps, and get them bugs lol this corner was a corner I haven’t been able yo clean, I will get to it tho. I am a very clean person but I have kids so it gets hard to keep up especially when I am working full time too. UPDATE! it’s been one week now that I’ve put out the baits. I put it out three times last week and AM ALREADY SEEING ZOMBIE ROACHES AGAIN! I’m sooo happy.

Worked good for awhile then stopped working

I moved into my 1st apartment in November of 2024 and I really love my apartment BUTTT it was given to me with an infestation of German roaches!!!! Bad infestation. I was so upset losing my mind and I decided to see what Amazon had to offer as bait because at this point I was at my last resort. I came upon this bait and I bought it because it wouldn’t hurt right? Listen… THIS BAIT WORKS!!!!!!!! And it works INSTANTLY!!!!!!! When I first applied it, within a WEEK all roaches were gone!!! They were dying from left to right!!!! Now I do say reapply the bait every 2-3 months to make sure it stays that way. Because in all honesty, they can still return because of your neighbors etc., so to be safe continue reapplying it for peace of mind lol. But this really works. I’ve been at peace with no worries of those disgusting roaches. You will not be disappointed with this purchase!!!! I highly recommend!!!!!!! ❤️
