So captivating ! Karen Sue Walker is an incredibly gifted mystery writer!
Sue Walker's new book, " Tea is for Trouble " set in northern California starring a heroine with an unusual name, April May will transport you to a scenic beachfront town where a murder takes place. This book also progresses at a smooth, quick pace devoid of the gritty, gruesome depictions. Therefore, the clear cut plot progression with the unpredictable ending would be a perfect choice of mystery to pick up. Peculiar characters and a mild love interest of April May all build the mystery that will keep readers attention to solve this town's murder. My review is based on an ARC copy. My opinions are totally voluntary.

Wonderful cozy mystery
From the first chapter, this book caught me. And then the ghost appeared and made me love the book even more. One thing I really enjoyed about this was that it didn't rely on romance to keep thing interesting, instead it introduced new friends to help the main character.

Fun and Charming Read and Yum Recipes
Karen Sue Walker's new series introduces you to a quirky set of characters, without giving too much of their backstories away, I can't wait to read more. Made the included scones recipe and monte cristo sandwiches - yum! I always like fiction where I learn something new, and this cozy mystery has upped my high tea game!

entertaining cozy read
Entertaining, cozy read, but the murder mystery only starts after 35% and then it got strange - for quite a while, the protagonist keeps herself busy with testing recipes and planning stuff for her tearoom instead of worrying a) who is the killer and b) will the killer also try to murder her?And there was so much about cooking and baking. I mean, the topic absolutely fits. But it got a bit too much for my taste. There are some recipes included at the end of the book, some of them with vegan options.

Tea can cure anything
As an avid tea drinker the title got me interested. I just had to read this and it didn't disappoint. I was right back inside a tea shop I used to visit in another life. The smells, the delicate flavours all there in SerenTi. Can't wait for book 2.
