Temtop does not have any after sales support in India. There are probably different companies supplying these air quality monitors. I bought Temtop P1000 which is less than year old bought through Amazon has given me lot of trouble ever since I bought it and unfortunately there is no after sales support. Please don't buy this brand. Complete waste of money. I don't know why Amazon even allows such sellers to sell their products on their market place.

the Data is not at all accurate. Not recommended at all. I have been using other IAQ meters but this is the worst.

I'd tried a few meters before this. They were all rubbish. This one actually seems to work correctly though. I can zero calibrate it outside, and see levels rise in poorly ventilated spaces within a few minutes as the device adjusts. And going outside and measuring it returns to basline levels. This alone is better than any of the other devices I've bought and gives me great peace of mind that it is actually likely to be detecting co2 accurately. if nothing else this device is precise and consistent. Great product, I'll be trusting Temtop from now on, they've won my approval with this product.

Caro pero bueno. Es un excelente monitor para saber la calidad del aire en un espacio determinado. Tiene buena precisión y ahora con la pandemia permite saber si el espacio en el que uno se encuentra tiene buena calidad de aire y ventilación. Lo recomiendo si les interesa el tema y tienen el dinero para comprarlo

Pour l'instant, il fonctionne très bien et semble donner des résultats proches de la réalité lorsque je compare la pollution avec le site météo. En tout cas à ce qui a trait avec les fines particules. Il est très sensible, il y a une rôtie qui a brulé légèrement et j'ai obtenu plusieurs alarmes, CO2, fines et plus grosses particules étaient rendues très élevées. Aussi, excellente communication avec le vendeur.

Ik ben aanvankelijk altijd wat sceptisch wanneer het om nieuwe meetapparaten gaat. Ik heb vergelijkingsmateriaal en het beste zijn de metingen van het RIVM voor fijnstof PM2.5 Ik ben om een preciese tijd metingen gaan doen in de straat waar het meetstation staat. Mijn meetwaarden daarna vergeleken met de meting op hetzelfde tijdstip van het RIVM. Ik heb maar een vergelijking gedaan en dat is te weinig, maar goed de TemTop week 15% naar beneden af! Dat vind ik heel goed, maar ik ga nog een paar meer vergelijkingen doen ter verificatie. De herhaalbaarheid is goed, dat heb ik gedaan door binnen/buiten metingen te doen om te zien of de waarden ongeveer overeenkomen. De luchtvochtigheidmetingen zijn ook heel goed, ik heb de waarden vergeleken met mijn ouderwetse mensenhaar hygrometer en de waarden klopten binnen 2%! Voor de prijs ben ik heel tevereden met dit product. Gert
