I'm fairly young (28) and I've been doing word searches on and off for two years now, and find that it's a great way to relax. I started with both volumes of "For the Beach" word searches, and though I love them, I wanted to do different themed puzzles. This is perfect! It has puzzles that would interest everyone such as nature, US and world history, business, music, tv, travel, food, etc... Keep in mind that it is not a large print book. So if that's what you're looking for, this isn't it. The book is great! It has tons of puzzles and they are easy to work. But unlike the others in the "Everything Giant" series, this book only has regular, old fashioned word searches. No numbers, squares, characters or anything odd puzzles. It's still fun though! I will be ordering every book in the series!

I am a big fan of the Word Search series by Charles Timmerman. I start out every morning doing a puzzle or 2 to get my mind in gear, The puzzles are challenging--but not too challenging--and help get my brain in motion for the rest of the day.

Perfect pastime for my family member who is elderly.

I've loved every other volume of these Everything Giant Book of Word Searches, except for this one. I felt like there were too many "formulaic" puzzles, or puzzles where there was basically a word a row horizontally and vertically, with maybe one or two diagonal ones, so that, if one draws lines through each word as one finds them, the puzzle looks like a big hashtag when completed, as opposed to the more random look it should have. That random look means the words are more creatively hidden, and makes the puzzle a little bit more of a challenge.

As always the everything giant books are the best. Large print and great puzzles, I will reorder again and again. Thank you

Mom loves these. She is 87 and just plain loves these. I hope they make more editions!!!! What we do is tear out batches of pages so she can work them easily in her chair. And with so many they do last her a while.

I bought this as a present for my sister, who is mentally handicapped but loves doing word search puzzles. Being an adult, she does not want children's puzzles but sometimes finds adult ones too tricky. I thought this would be just right but was disappointed that each puzzle is quite small. From the size of the book, I would have expected each puzzle to fill up the page but it doesn't and the writing is quite small.

Love all wordsearches and finished this book very quickly but seem to be running out of books to do now.

Bought for use at a senior citizens drop in so the large print is ideal. They all enjoy doing these puzzles

Got it as a gift last Christmas -will keep my quiet until Christmas
