Rael Miracle Microcrystal Vitamin C Dark Spot Cover Pimple Patches (9 Ct)

i had a very stubborn dark spot on my forehead due to a previous pimple. i’ve used all my other scar products to try and get rid of it (tretinoin, retinol, mederma, palmer’s) for months and it has not budged. i put one patch over it last night and it significantly reduced the darkness in literally one night. i did leave it on for longer than 6 hours, probably left it on for about 17 hours (i put it on long before bed and took it off the next afternoon). it’s not fully gone but i could see it disappearing in maybe one or two more uses. 10/10 recommend and i’ll definitely be using these more considering i tend to get dark spots often. the only thing that hurts is the price and the fact you only get 6 of these patches, but i’m so glad i found this and tried it. the rael pimple patches are also my favorite and i prefer them over mighty patches. fingers crossed these scar patches get rid of the remainder of the scar!

These are really expensive, and for only 6 patches it kinda sucks. But they work pretty well. I had a major break out on my cheek early December, and the dark spots have noticeably remained. I put these on at night and left them on into the following day, and took them off around 2pm. If you can, leave these on for over 12 hours, the longer the better. It's really the only way I've noticed serious results. Even after that first 12+ hour wear, the dark spots were objectively lighter and dulled the redness.

While the product shows some promise in improving the appearance of fresh acne scars, I found it overpriced for what you receive—only nine patches per package. My primary reason for purchasing was to target post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, specifically a persistent brown spot that has been present for several months. Unfortunately, the patch caused significant irritation in that area, including redness, inflammation, a burning sensation, and subsequent peeling. Despite this reaction, there was no noticeable improvement in the pigmentation—the spot remains unchanged in both size and color. That said, the product appears to work well on newer, active scars, where I observed some positive effects without irritation or adverse reactions. However, due to its limited effectiveness on older pigmentation and the high cost, I wouldn't repurchase. It may be worth trying for recent acne marks, but I wouldn't recommend it for more established hyperpigmentation.

Im gonna be honest, i first bought these, really just HOPING that they would work since i use this brand a lot. I was definitely put off a bit by the reviews, but i just wanted to give it a shot myself. Afterall, i had a scarring situation going on with a spot on the left side of my face. So it was prime time to try these patches out. I mean the blemish stood out so much- that some people would come up to me in public and ask if i had piercings that i had taken out, where the mark was. So it was very, very, noticeable. I started using these after i got home from work, washing my face, using a toner, a brightening serum("good molecules" branded), and then putting it on. I had actually been trying to help manage the spot with my brightening serum already for a while at that point, so im sure that the serum did SOMETHING to help, but the mark really started to go away when i actually started to use the patches. At first, I ended up using 3 patches out of the pack of 6; as this is before i knew how to really use it without any issues. And i would definitely say- right off the bat, that when you read the instructions, and it says to, "leave on for 6+ hours"; you should not assume that you are meant to take it off after just 6-7 hours. I did that with the 1st patch, and it left a lot of the residue from the darts on my face, never soaking in. 2nd time, i left it on longer; it left less residue. And the 3rd time, i believe i left it on for maybe around 10-12 hours? All of it soaked in, and that's when i really noticed changes in the visibility of that blemish. I've since used the rest of the pack on it, and the blemish is finally gone. I no longer get asked questions by strangers in public anymore, so that's definitely a plus... I'd probably say that this is just a smidge off of 5 stars because i wouldn't reccomend that you use this just by itself though. I don't think that slapping this on your face for 10 hours is gonna fix anything, because it's not how i recieved results. What you are already using on a day-to-day basis is gonna influence how beneficial these can really be to you, and that no one is gonna get the exact same results with these. If this is the first time you're purchasing these, you're most likely gonna waste the first 2-3 patches like i did, figuring out how they react to your skin and your routine. So dont waste the whole pack and expect results if you dont experiment with these. Using every patch the same way, every time, for 6 hours- and then taking it off; isn't going to give you any meaningful results, so dont be afraid to test some things out with these. I'm not sure if i'll have a need to buy this again any time soon, my skin has been somewhat behaving recently. But if i get any bad blemishes, I'll know to grab this for next time :]]

This is by far the best dark spot patches that I have used. I have a stubborn dark spot from scab picking on a large pimple. I have tried many different dark spot patches out on the marker but none works like these Rael patches. My dark spot has been fading with consistent use of these Rael patches. I do leave the patches on my skin for more than the 6-8 hours recommended time if that helps.

Horrible! I thought it would diminish the dark spot on the side of my face that I’ve had over the years, but after using it only twice, it caused redness and left a bump/welt! So now it’s raised and my dark spot is more prominent! Not worth it at all and not good for sensitive skin either!

VERY effective and affordable. Used to leave a light spot and the re-formulated patches are fantastic.

These work better than I could have hoped for! The only problem is that I didn’t see results until the second pack. However, that being said, I am seeing a big improvement in a spot on my forehead.

Really good. I struggle with dark spots and mild acne especially during my period and these help a lot. Also having patches on prevents me from picking them and making it worse. If you wash your face and put the patches right after drying, the patches won’t fall off overnight. As a side sleeper I was worried it would come off but even the ones that aren’t designed for overnight don’t come off.

I get hyperpigmentation from pimples. This patch faded one spot in two nights. Not perfect but a significant improvement
