One flight Wonder
Read the instructions charge the batteries. Performing our Maiden flight with our new drone! Did a startup sequence and the Drone went up and away and further away and further away. $100 one time use waste the money! Please keep in mind I'm a home inspector I own several drones I fly DJI mavic 2 Pro. I have well over 2,500 registered flights on this particular drone! With that said I'm not new to Flying a drone, I'm telling you this drone is not worth the money.

Depends on Your Needs. See the Pro and Con List Before Buying
TL;DR: see pros and cons. Read the entire review for details.PROSSmall and compact, it travels wellFlight controls are fairly easyGood video feed and the photos were good - not professional quality, but good.durable after several crashesGood instruction manualThe company has very helpful instructional videosYou can shop on the Holy Stone website, and still check out on AmazonQuiet operationThe Holy Stone App is functional and registers flight time, number of flights, and has helpful links. The app keeps a gallery of your photos. You can share the photos directly from the app to email or messages. Extremely handy.CONSFrequent reset and reconnection are requiredA tedious multiple-step process to reconnectThe steps must be completed in the exact order as instructed and often repeated to register with the device.Very limited radiusYou need a spotter when flying or risk losing the drone.Phone screen often freezes or goes black, meaning you lose visual -- very bad unless you maintain visual on the drone itself. If you lose the drone in high grass or rough terrain, it is very difficult to find. No GPS.Not for children under 14 without supervision. - This may not be a con.You will need to register on the app, and it does not remember your login or password. Very annoying to have to remember. This drone is a notch above a toy model - and while not a toy per se, it is not a drone that you could do much with other than have fun with. It may be a good starting drone to learn controls and get the hang of flight before investing in a more expensive drone. This may be a good drone for a roofer to look at a high-pitch roof, or a real estate agent to take aerials of a house, but I suspect its use in a professional setting is limited. If you have a mid-sized open area where you can fly with no trees, like a soccer field, football field, or even an open park, it may be a good drone for beginners. The wifi connectivity is the biggest issue for me. We have large farm fields, which I thought would be perfect for flying this drone. However, this drone only has an effective range (radius) of about 300 feet or one football field. At about 200 feet, the picture freezes, then at 300ish feet, the connection drops with the drone itself, and it will go wonky and fall out of the sky. If you are flying it using the camera, once you lose camera feed, losing visual with the drone is highly possible unless there are two people. One flying and one spotting the location of the drone. We spent as much time recovering it as we did flying it, until we got the functional radius nailed down. It is small (which is fine) and has no bright markings to assist in finding it. This is easily remedied with some model paint and neon stickers. It has no GPS locator--You are on your own if you lose it. For the price of $70-$100, I guess you get what you pay for. Once it is flying, the controls are fairly easy, and a 12-year-old could fly it with a slight learning curve. The compatibility with the cell phone was quite finicky at first, but it works once you get the steps down. You WILL have to reset the drone and repeat the steps every time it crashes or you get too far out of range. The aforementioned 12-year-old gave up as it was a tedious process. The adults hung in for a little longer, but it did cease to be fun having to go through the startup and reconnect device steps so often. Battery life was ok. I did invest in a second battery, but we never flew it long enough to need it. I do not recommend the expense of a second battery unless you fly this often and you find you need one. I bought the second battery directly from the Holy Stone website, and it was half the price of the batteries on Amazon. The Holy Stone website allows you to check out using your Amazon account, which is nice. I am not giving up on this drone, as I think it has some potential. It depends on your expectations whether or not this would work for you.I uploaded some aerial pics. I will be doing a video on an actual flight process.

Trash
Lasted a month of light use. That's about how long the cheap whoops on eBay last, but you can buy 8 of them for the price of one of these. Motor burned out just outside the return window. Fortunately, even so, Amazon made it right. Thank you, Amazon!

Don't buy you can buy the same quality at temu for under 20$ sucks
This drone sucks it's no different the a 10 - 20$ drone from temu or wish it sucks it's not worth 100$ I sent it back right away garbage drone period but the bottom line is you won't find a good drone unless u spend at least 250$ on a DJI drone. I don't know if there is a good quality drone that flys steady and has good range and battery life out there for under that of a cheap DJI I wish I knew but this isn't it

Not bad for entry level beginner drone
Got it on sale, so worth the risk. First time I flew, it vanished into the woods. Customer service was great, replaced it right away, has better stability than some more expensive drones, takes decent pictures, not bad for checking gutters

Coolest beginning drone for 9 (and 47 year old)
My son and I loved the detailed, yet easy, instructions. It flew well and the controllers worked very well. We need to work on our landings, but so far the crashes have been easily brushed off by the Holy Stone. I would absolutely buy another one of these!
