Cold-pressed is best!
This 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Walnut Oil from Erbology adds a slightly nutty flavor to salads and other dishes. It is more expensive but has more polyunsaturated fat than the other oils. The active antioxidants and phytonutrients are better in this one than oils that are heated using the expeller-pressed method. Shipping was very quick in a padded envelope and the bottles were inserted in a slightly padded sleeve that I hope will be thicker in the future if not boxed. It was quietly left on my doorstep for several hours before I happened to discover it. It would help if the delivery person would ring the doorbell, then leave the package. I will definitely order more. Thank you.

Organic cold pressed in glass bottle!
I got this for my dogs new holistic diet, alternating with organic corn oil ..plus other supplements. I saw many comments that this is healing for the thyroid, so im using a teaspoonful in my hot cereal...just before i eat it, after adding a touch of milk. Dont heat this oil. Like flax seed oil, this one has a bitter taste, so thats why i use it in small enough amts to not taste in my food

The Best Will Cost You...WORTH IT!
This walnut oil is clean and pure. Hexane free and cold pressed, clearly no expense was spared in production. It tastes clean and flavorful because it is clean. This oil is so clean in fact, it's a useful therapeutic as well so, slather it onto your thyroid liberally. Only downside is that a glass bottle was sent in a bubble envelope - that's inadequate packaging. That's just NUTS! Get it?! The bottle was intact but it could have easily broken.
