It's a week since I have been using it . I have many plants. Had ordered this for my plants that were in the foyer and didn't receive much light . Seems to be serving its purpose well. Too new to write more will update after using for a few months

Seem to last about a year - have owned 2 of these - they are small and give good light to a small window space with not enough light for my plants - so I keep buying them for the convenient size. Not expensive for what you get. Easy to use, and you can manipulate how you set them up, because they have the stake, and are lightweight, so you can also prop them using the window corner for more stability Brightness is adjustable 3 times, and there is a timer for 3 settings - it's simple -- you may need a magnifier if you are old and nearsighted like I am, but it all works well and there's no bulk. I wish that they lasted longer -- there's no real reason that such a light would fail in a year, when it is sitting there perfectly still, but I think 2 times is a pattern.. I will buy it again when my current one dies.

I tested this light with a PAR meter to understand the real output instead of relying only on listing claims. Test Setup: Distance: 35 cm (vertical) Measurement point: Center directly under the light Brightness: Maximum Indoor environment (no sunlight interference) Unit: μmol/m²/s (PAR) Measured Result: At 35 cm on max brightness, the PAR reading was 24.6 μmol/m²/s. What this means in real use: Good for mild supplemental lighting and extending photoperiod Works for low-light houseplants and small setups Not strong enough for medium/high-light plants at this distance (you’d need to place it closer or use a higher-output fixture) Overall, it’s a decent compact grow light for light-duty use, but buyers should set expectations on intensity at 35 cm.

A little flimsy and sometimes hard to keep in place/from spinning around. My rosemary plant is thriving! However, that would not stop me from getting another.

Helps my plant grow but can fall over in a shorter flower pot.
