I have it since one year and is so good

It worked for 3 days and then it stopped working, I will turned on, it will work for few seconds and then immediately stops on its own! waste of money! I’m extremely disappointed and believe me please do not buy it as my experience with it was too bad! Please don’t buy it, you will regret

Item arrived looking good and well packaged however after unboxing realised it has a US power plug in a region that uses UK power cords/plugs thus after plugging it in the unit zaps the user unless a power adapter is used. Secondly the bowl even after being locked into position plays and dances while unit is operational. The entire unit as well dances across the counter top slowly despite it being on a level surface . This is our second Kmix, first one lasted 10 years before it was dropped and ceased to function however the quality difference is notable.

Purchased this item in December 2022, worked as expected but on the second or third time the whole unit would shake badly and will start moving on the kitchen top. Took to the local agent for repair explained the problem and also attached video to illustrate what the problem was. He called after about three day that the mixer is repaired. When we used it right after the repair, it was worst and shaking badly and was about to fall from the kitchen top, stopped immediately. The item is still under warranty and would return it as it may cause injury/electrical incident by falling while being used.

Cela fait maintenant une semaine que j’utilise ce robot pâtissier Kenwood kMix tous les jours et il me bluffe à chaque utilisation. Il est puissant, très stable sur le plan de travail et donne vraiment une impression de solidité et de qualité dès la prise en main. Le bol de 5 litres est très pratique pour travailler aussi bien de petites quantités que des pâtes plus généreuses, et les 6 vitesses permettent d’ajuster facilement la puissance selon la préparation, que ce soit pour des pâtes à brioche, des génoises ou des crèmes fouettées. Les accessoires fournis couvrent bien les besoins du quotidien et le mouvement planétaire mélange de façon homogène, ce qui évite de racler constamment le bol. En plus d’être performant, il est élégant sur le plan de travail avec son design soigné et sa finition de qualité, ce qui donne clairement envie de s’en servir. Globalement, c’est un robot pâtissier qui inspire confiance, extrêmement agréable à utiliser, et dont je suis vraiment extrêmement content. Je le recommande vivement

Bought this as the Andrew James mixer that we bought based on positive reviews was not fit for purpose, at twice the price I was nervous about buying it, but I have not regretted it one bit. My wife makes cakes, a lot of cakes and it is use at least three times a week. It does everything we have asked of it.
