Q: our sales page stated that it filters down to 1 micron ( virus level) ; however, the user manual stated it filters down to 3 microns. Please explain .

Our filters filter particle down to 0.1 microns. It is not misrepresentation, just a misprint on both the box and manual that we are aware of. Thank you for noticing and letting us know.

How often filter needs changed? Where to buy filters?

Q: What is the purpose of the sleep mode? I assume it is for the quietest fan setting. But is it adequately going to filter the air on this setting?

Yes it is for quiet motor and it will filter the air but not as well as on higher speeds A lot of people leave it on all day on higher speeds and then at night the sleep mode is fine I personally like the fan noise as it helps me sleep better It is natural “white noise”
