Not what I ordered !!!
I've been using using "Phillips" blank recordable CDs for a long time. They have always been the same CD, Title across the top, lines on the bottom to note what you put on the CD. But, this time the CDs have a plain white surface top, no title, no lines to write on, just cheap looking. I don't know how a "Phillips" label was used on them.

NO spindle holder to HOLD disks.
Sound quality is fine. Value is ok since there is no spindle holder and a few disks were scratched when they fell over.
