One of the best all- around shoes that I have owned-looks good and wears well. A little heavy for running, but they can be used for that too. The sole is not so extreme that it picks up all the dirt and mud you step on. The inside of the shoe is well padded. In short, if you want a versatile shoe that looks good, wears well and is comfortable this shoe is for you.

Having looked at other reviews before buying, I have to say the shoes are exactly as described by many. I purchased size 9 1/2 for my husband. He noticed immediately that they were tight fitting on the toe, but not uncomfortable, it is because the material is hard not soft. If laced in properly the foot does not slip. We have been walking on sand, forest and tarmac and my husband says they are very comfortable, secure to wear. Should I have got a size 10? No they would have allowed too much movement when walking. For the price the shoes are excellent value.
