MERRiLL Dash Cam WiFi Dual Lens 1296P 15 megapixel Car Camera 170° Wide Angle Night Vision and 32GB Card

Did not come with suction cup holder mount as pictured in the description of what you will receive.Will only do 1296p or 720p. The instruction book says otherwise but these are the only 2 options available.Always has red gps fonts on the screen with no apparent way to turn them off. Does it even have a gps? Why put that indicator on the screen if the feature is not available??Even after charging the unit all night it will not hold itself on after you shut the vehicle off. I set the timer to turn it off automatically 30 seconds after shutoff and it will last 5-10 seconds at best before the low battery indicator comes on and it shuts itself off.Perhaps it needs a firmware update to fix these issues????

Twice I purchased a Merrill CR3000S dual lens camera and both were defective! Let me explain:Upon receiving my first order, on June 23, 2017, I immediately tested it prior to installing it in my vehicle. I found that the rear camera was dead! It had no display on the front camera. After assuring its cable was properly plugged into the front camera I attempted to record a few minutes of video. I then inserted the memory card in my computer and checked each file. The front camera worked but the rear camera did not work.In an attempt to solve this problem I had several emails back and forth with the manufacture. This concluded with them asking me to return their defective Merrill CR3000S dual lens camera to Amazon and reorder it again.I reordered it again and finally received the second Merrill CR3000S dual lens camera on July 20, 2017. Once again the rear camera did not work. It’s currently being shipped back to Amazon.Notice Amazon’s description of this camera states it has a 36 month warranty. However, Merrill manual for this camera states it only has a 12 month guarantee!

After few months of purchase the dashcam started acting weirdly: one summer day there appeared a red light as soon as the car was turned on indicating no recording, this happened many times thereafter. Same thing happened during the cold winter/snowy days. If this dashcam does not support customers on tricky days then its of no use! Later i tried contacting the seller and the company who wanted a video/photo; I simply wanted an exchange but they never ever replied. Because I have paid a tech to wire the cam with my car system; its simply lying there. The customer service is bad and I do not recommend anyone to buy this....sorry!

It worked for 2 years and suddenly died. No sign of life.

The wifi doesn't work very well for transferring files, it's only good for camera setup. Lane assist works great. Easy setup.

-Rear cam quality was ok.-SD card was very hard to ejectBiggest complaint is that the app does not come from the Google Play store, as it is a direct download link from their site.

Easy install easy to operate. Love wifi connection to view and download the footages. Night vision view on the rear camera could be better. Daytime view on both camera are acceptable.

Great product. But the application is in Chinese with some English on it. The picture quality is not crisp as shown on the website. No editing feature on the application. The application to download from the internet is mostly in Chinese. Only few words in Chinese so you have to figure out which files to download. No English phone support. The cost is good price. comes with 32 GB card.
