So everything from the charger and holder seems to be working ok, just the clip part that you use to clip onto the air vent of the car has the metal structure inside broken out of it's plastic casing - I dont know how or why, it's been placed in once and barely touched since, but today I found it flopping around on my vent and went to check and luckily my phone was not attached to it. What this means is when I press on the clip to open, the metal piece stays shut because it's no longer being pressured by it's plastic housing anymore (check picture). This means that the whole thing is now useless as I cant clip it into the vent. It's a shame because the magnet and other part of the body seems to be of sturdy quality let down by this one small defect. Edit - So their customer service department got in touch with me and have offered help that is above and beyond what is expected. They offered to send out 2 new spare clips, to which unfortunately I had to decline due to having returned the product already. They were still not satisfied until knowing that they have provided me with 100% customer satisfaction and offered to send me a newer alternative product which is their dash wireless charger free of charge. I am therefore amending this review to 5 stars for the sheer level of customer service and give them benefit of the doubt to the quality of the original product which I may have just been very unlucky in getting a bad example. Everyone should be able to shop in confidence with this brand and it's after-sales support - Superb.

My vents are horizontal, but they slope downwards so the bottom vent is deeper into the dash. This is the only issue with the leg on this item as it’s difficult to lock against something. However if your vents or inclined or flat this would work great. I did however find a position that works with the leg propped against the dash using the lowest vent slat to clip this mount to. Charging is very good. I bought the ESR magnet ring to attach to my TORRAS diamond case and it works brilliantly. No way it will come off while driving. I’ve given 4 stars but if it had come with a magnet ring it would have been 5 all day long

I bought this charger to use with my new Quadlock Mag case. The magnetism with this case is fantastic and charging appears to be good as well. If you use the Quadlock Ring Stand, it will still magnetically connect to the charger, but you must remove the Ring Stand for the wireless charging to work. This will work for any Android phone as well as any iPhone if you use the Quadlock Mag Case. Top marks to the seller also - At first I thought it would not charge through the case and was going to return the charger, the seller was very helpful with offering a possible solution for the problem. In the end, I just needed to remove the Ring Stand from the case.

The charger is solid, good materials and well put together. The clamping system is strong and the additional lever helps to stabilize everything when the phone is attached. The magnets are strong enough: I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, the heaviest of the bunch, and a MagSafe leather case on top. The charger holds it very well, no chance of the phone falling off. Also like the status LEDs, which only turn on when the phone is attached and starts charging. Even the car adapter seems premium, metal finish, delivers plenty of power.

Absolutely one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon, slightly expensive, but totally worth it, charges really fast, and the magnet is so strong, because of the magnet being round, you can keep your phone landscape too, really a top quality product, I highly recommend this over the cheaper ones out there, yes it is a bit more on the upper side, but this will last you so much longer.

Very easy to set up on the car vent and stays in place. Understandably, it has to be big enough for the MagSafe, but it does cover the central screen on the dashboard. You can attach this on the side vents, so that it doesn’t cover the central screen, but you’d have to pull the charging cable across the steering wheel (and make sure that it doesn’t get in the way when you’re driving). Overall, it’s a decent charger stand.

Quería haber esperado hasta el verano para ver como se comportan las piezas de plástico una vez haga calor, la pieza de pinza, quizás debería ser un poquito mas larga para una mejor sujeción, ya que se mueve con el climatizador puesto a 20° parece que el soporte ya empieza a flojear, de ahí mi desconfianza a la llegada del verano. Por lo demás va muy bien el imán sujeta bien el iphone 12pro, carga bien, veremos si no tengo que editar la opinión en unos meses. Bueno pues después de tres años la pieza (pinza) que se sujeta a las rejillas de aire, salto sola y las patillas de plástico que sujetan el fleje de chapa no aguantó, ya lo comenté en su día más arriba. (el resto funciona como el primer día) Teniendo en cuenta que ya no tengo garantía por haber caducado la misma, no tenia muchas esperanzas en que un vendedor externo a amazon me contestaran o me dieran algún tipo de solución vendiéndome un soporte o algo que pudiera solucionar el problema. Me puse en contacto con ESR para ver si podían de alguna forma orientarme o darme solución, a ver si tenían piezas de repuesto o algo parecido. Como he dicho no pensaba que me contestarían, pues me equivoqué, no sólo me han contestado sino que además me han solucionado el problema con otro soporte que creo mejora al anterior y me han atendido de primera, tengo varios productos de ellos y la verdad, todos me funcionan perfectamente, creo que son de muy buena calidad y si como en mi caso te falla, el soporte es muy bueno o mejor dicho buenísimo. Tengo claro que todo lo que necesite si lo tiene este vendedor con su marca ESR, no dudaré en comprarlo. Por su calidad y por su soporte postventa. Adjunto foto del nuevo soporte que me han enviado y lo que se rompió del otro.. Por supuesto si en este caso pudiera ponerle mas estrellas se las pondría. Me han comentado que ya están trabajando para que esa pieza sea mejorada por su departamento de calidad.
