TULIPEtimo Rose Steel Crochet Hook, Size 12/.6mm

I have been using Japanese lace hooks for a few years. They are, by definition, very tiny. A hook might break if the tension on the lace is too tight or a force is applied to it. But I still expect my hook to last, and to be nicely polished and cut, especially at this price. I love Etimo Clover line, the hooks are better cut and finished then Etimo Tulip, and try don't break. This hook seemed cheaper, with unfinished hook parts, and the tip broke off. I thought this was a premium line, but the quality of the hook is lacking where it matters the most.

I'm really disappointed and have never had a hook snap off before. Really expected better from a supposedly higher-end crochet hook. Otherwise it was fine, but that's a really big otherwise.

I love the Etimo Rose Crochet Hooks, bit this product is listed incorrectly on amazon. A size 12 Etimo Rose Hook is 0.6mm, not 1mm. I was dissapointed to receive ths in the mail and have it be the wrong size.

Worth it bu, broke shortly afterwards

I was looking for a small hook to crochet with thread. The hook I had a home didn't have enough overhang (I don't know the technical term) to keep the thread from slipping off. This hook is perfect and the grip large enough not to get lost.

5 minutes into using my crochet needle to repair my dreadlock (moving the needle in and out of my hair), the hook broke! Came right off! It's supposed to made of steel? Where?!
