Great product. Easy assembly. Both lava rock and fire glass included for your choice of look, feel. Lights easily and has 3 different flame settings. Looks and works great out on our patio. The big negative I had with this purchase is that the fulfillment company, Starfire Direct of Temecula,CA, had this item advertised on THEIR website for $50.00 LESS than what it was advertised for on Amazon. Thus, be sure to check the website of the product provider before ordering anything through Amazon. Starfire jacked the list price up on Amazon to cover what Amazon charges them to advertise on Amazon's site. Wasn't happy with that policy at all.

We bought this for our deck at the lake, and absolutely love it! We wanted something that we could put glasses or plates on, and this is just perfect!

Had a minor issue with this unit not being able to convert it to natural gas, costumer service got right back to me and sipped me the parts needed to convert the unit. They really saved the day.
