Works well, but smaller than expected.
Makes good steam fast, but have to get up close. (REAL close) careful if your hand slips, the metal collar will instantly burn you. Does work good, just not very big at all, it's cute and tiny.

Provides the advertised amount of power. It is very dangerous so keep in mind that you do not expose yourself to this team directly. Also do not try and touch the rod directly. It really needs to be more portable super haps the length of the pipe would be doubled as it will help with the reach

Works well, bad power cord.
This unit works well, but comes with a 10 amp cord that gets very hot during use. I replaced it with a 15 amp cord and it’s working well.

It's not working at all!
It's not what it said on the product description! First of all, it did not come with product manual! I turned it on for a long time, no high pressure stream come out. It came out little stream with water. It was not cleaning my range hood at all! I ordered it on Black Friday. I didn't test the product right a way, since it was the most busiest seasons. I tried to contact the seller 2 times, no answer at all! Tried to contact Amazon, It was to late!. I paid to learn a lesson!

Lukewarm steam
Does NOT get hit. The steam is a lukewarm. Seriously folks lukewarm is will not kill anything but a good time!
