Nearly as good as squat shoes and perfect for travel
The lifts allow me to stay on routine when traveling...and when I forget my squat shoes. You get 90% of the benefit of squat shoes for a fraction of the cost.

Worth every dollar!
I have always squatted in flat shoes and have decent mobility without any heel lift. I squat in vans, nike killshots, flat sneakers and have recently switched my squat form to more Olympic style. Closer stance, high bar, and deep to emphasize building my quads more. I used these today and they really make it much easier to get to depth! I put them on top of my insoles and they stayed in place during my reps.Make sure you get the strength grey ones if you’re doing barbell movements! I was about to purchase the original, but read a review that said they were too soft. The grey ones are perfect. Worked up to 345lbs and they felt amazing. Used them on my accessories as well and felt smooth!

Solid shoe lifts
Bought a pair to try in my Nike lifting shoes on leg days. Fits nicely under the insoles and doesn't budge. Used primarily for leg day, it's definitely noticable that my ankle mobility is better and I can squat much deeper. I'd still like to get a real pair of Olympic shoes but this has been a really inexpensive way to see how that would feel. Highly recommend.

These work great
I can notice improved ankle mobility/depth. A far upgrade from squatting with a thin bumper plate beneath my heels.Comfortable in shoes, I barely notice that they are inserted. Easy to move and walk in. Would recommend.

Great tool for your legs training!
Legit alternative to weightlifting shoes. Sturdy and reliable.

Fit perfectly and hold during lifts
The thickness and the way it holds makes using them easier.

THESE WORK GREAT
I purchased these heel lifts due to my Luxiaojuns not having enough heel height. I am now able to squat full range of motion and actually use the power from mid foot, ankles, knees, and hips. I suggest this for anyone who has squat shoes but it isn’t sufficient due to long limbs. I’ve tried romaleos, reebok legacys, TYR, and Luxioajuns. Even with my mobility regimen these were never enough to hit the ROM I needed. Definitely a must purchase!

Helped after ankle injury
I do Crossfit and had an ankle injury many years ago that I didn't appropriately address. This resulted in my ankle being super stiff and having the worst mobility. My PT suggested these inserts and I tested them out today with cleans. My first thought was "wow, this is how regular people must feel!". I felt so much more stable and was able to get sit comfortably in the bottom of a squat clean. Can't wait to try them out with more movements!

Stay in place and easy to swap in & out.
I enjoy using these versa lifts. They don’t make a dramatically noticeable difference, but they do improve my positioning with fairly flat soled Reebok Nanos. They are firm and don’t compress, and not clip around under the foot. I like that I can throw them in for my squat training and quickly remove them for the rest of the workout. Beats buying a whole new pair of shoes for now. For more dedicated weightlifting training, it would be worth it to buy squat specific shoes. But for amateur powerlifting, training squats a few times a week, I’m happy with the versa lifts.

Great with Nike Romaleos 4
Leaving this review because I couldn’t find anyone talking about this combo. I really get good depth with these. I put them under the insole. It does feel like your foot is too high initially, almost coming out of the shoe but once you strap in, it feels great.
