Serves its purpose. I'm not even joking when I tell you to be careful when you open it. Maybe I'm the only person who could manage this, but I had to cut the plastic that had it folded in half. The second I cut through and the tension released, I got cracked in the ribs with one end before it went flying to the other side of the room. It's just as dumb as it sounds, and it was hilarious after the fact, but seriously.... Be careful.

I have a lower back condition which can be very painful at times. With that being said, like people "pop" their knuckles, I can pop my lower back which relieves a lot of pain. I do this by squeezing my knees together with a for of resisted center usually being my arm. I bought this item because it's the same motion inwhich the pain in my back is relieved. I use this thigh press maybe once a week. I like it, glad I bought it. It is of the quality I expected and has good resistance. Do 50 presses and you will see.

Too short but then that was my fault it was not the one I though that I was ordering.I wanted the bigger one however it does work but just not what I need it is too short for reaching some parts.

I have knee problems really bad and the physical therapist was really happy how I did while sick for one and a half months. I has easy instructions to follow and really enjoyed working with it.

Arms are shorter than the original and harder to work.

Not as big as I thought but great for arms! To small to use for legs!

It works ... my thighs hate it.
