Great product even better company
If I could give a higher rating, I would. This burner is exactly what I needed. But beyond that WEP has been spectacular. I use the burner almost daily. After several months of use, I had an issue with one of the pens. WEP sent me a brand new pen. I expected it to take a while to get through customer service, but they were exceptionally quick and responsive. I love seeing a good company. That’s creating a good product, but also stands behind it when something does go wrong! Great job WEP!

Come as described and works really Great.
Easy to use, very well designed and built. Great value for the money, once the tips are at proper temperature they stay hot for quite awhile. Love this item, I purchased it for my granddaughter who is in college and for myself. We both build a lot of crafts made out of various materials and it works great. I would recommend this product for anyone who enjoys build various types of crafts.

Works great, gets very hot, tool holder is tippy.
This wood burner works great, but be very careful with the wire tool. That tool gets really hot and you can start a fire with it. The holder for the two burning tools is shaky so when I use it, I actually tape it to my work surface with painters tape.

IT can get very hot
I am a wood burner person. I have several wood burners. I bought this one to have as an extra one on my trips. I do like the many and lots of versatile tips , Some I may never use but a few I will use a lot. I like where I can set my temp and actually see the setting. However I will most likely use my other burners because I like the handle better. This was a good value for the money

Completely non-functional
This item did not work at all. The right hand tool light came on but did not heat up at all. The left side tool did not function at all. The digital display did not turn on and the tool didn't heat up. Unfortunately I set it up to use just outside the 30 day return window and cannot return it, so make sure to plug it in right away and test it!
