Q: I m looking for a rosary for my daughter’s communion, also to take pictures with, is this rosary nice enough? Or should I go with something different

The picture does it no justice. This is gorgeous and beautiful. Looks like a light blue pearl color. Has a little weight to it. Worth the purchase.

Q: Does the total length include the "drop", or just the 5 decades? What is the length of just the 5 decades?

The entire rosary is about 20 inches long I do not know the exact specifications if you go and read the description posted it should give you a better idea

I didn't look. I just liked it. It fits great, and it doesn't turn me green.

Q: Are they blessed or I have to take them to the church to be blessed

You cannot buy a blessed item. Once the item is bought, it loses it's blessing and needs to be re-blessed. Simony (named after Simon, the magician) is the sin of trying to sell something that has been blessed. You can Google "simony buying blessed" to find out more if interested.
