I had a massage hammer that was significantly smaller that I used to use all the time on my arm and shoulder and was at a loss when it broke! I saw this looked similar so I ordered it even if it had 2 stars with no written reviews. I just received it and it looks like Thor’s hammer compared to my old one. (See in pic next to a pen.). It’s made of plastic and the red parts are hard rubber. I use the pointy side and I love it! Just used it on my head and I can feel the blood rushing up there! It’s basic, there’s nothing that heats or vibrates. But it’s weighted in such a way that the leverage allows me to use it for quite a while without my hammering arm getting sore. I think I might like it better than the one I had before!

have been using it for 1~2 weeks, it works and helps relieve my sore shoulder/back etc. honestly it's better than my own fist. two things prevent me from giving it 5-stars. first, the handle is really on short side. I am a short guy however when hammering my upper back I have to stretch my arm a little bit. second, quality seems not that good as those rolling balls sometime get stuck; and if i push hard the plastic holder is going to scratch my skin badly
