Will this help infected finger from finger nail?

Yes. It is good for all types of skin infections.

will this work for poison ivy?

According to a Google search on your question they say you should NOT use Bacitracin on poison ivy. They further advise that you may need antibiotics. Seek out the advice of a medical professional such as your G.P. Dr. I hope this helps and good luck.

How long does this typically take to arrive? I ordered but it doesn't have a shipping date it just says pending.
