Great Oatmeal
I love having these convenient little packets of oatmeal ready to put in a bowl in the morning. I do wish the individual wrappers weren't plastic - it'd be great if they were biodegradable - but I'd still recommend these. I love knowing that it's gluten-free and only takes a couple of minutes in the microwave to make a delicious bowl of oatmeal.

Have been buying this oatmeal for years. It tastes great and adds chia to the mix and is for a good cause. I see no downsides to this product!

Almost perfect
First time ordering this brand of oatmeal, but it won't be the last as this was very well liked by everyone in the family. It does take some getting used to as it has a good deal more seeds and grains yet a lot less sugar than most packaged oatmeals in the supermarket. Not having the extra sugar is nice, but you will probably want to add in some spices like cinnamon or nutmeg or a mix like apple pie spice, since the plain contents of the packets don't have much flavor. Don't let that statement put you off from buying! You can spruce up your oatmeal the way you want, control the amount of sugar or salt, or add in whatever pieces of nuts or fruit you want. The serving size of each packet is enough for a hearty breakfast that will keep you satisfied for several hours. This mix of oatmeal and grains works equally well when mixed with yogurt for overnight oats. I also used a few of the packets when I realized I didn't have enough plain oats for apple crisp, and the addition of this spiffed up oatmeal brought some extra crunch and texture to the crisp that was really, really good.

My monthly subscription came crawling with bug!!!!!!
I had a subscription of the soulful instant oat setup for many many months now (probably close to a least a year) and we loved it. However, this month my two boxes of 6 packs came crawling with bugs. It's disgusting, now I have to clean every inch of my house since I'm not sure how many bugs escaped out of the box before I realized the bug infestation. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I canceled my subscription immediately since I won't trust this manufacturer/product again.

Good food, easy to make and healthy. I travel quite a bit and this is so easy to cook in a hotel room microwave.
