Lots of options!
Real good Microwave, lots of features and so many settings. It's easy to use that's the main thing. Unfortunately 1 star less from me as this broke down in 2 years and luckily I had 3 years warranty. It was a problem with the board (whatever they call them). Hopefully I'll have years more now.

Good looking and works well . Have used as oven when cooker broke. Need a little time to get used to multi functions.

Oh dear
Decided to get this 'premium' offering as a bit of a treat to myself and Amazon's pay-in-5 service is ideal for purchases like this. Item was received on time and was shipped in its retail box, which was padded with polystyrene so no complaints. Upon opening it, I was quite surprised at the sheer size of this thing. Admittedly it was my fault for not checking the specs beforehand but this is going to stick out like a sore thumb in a small kitchen. Please check the size before buying!I put in in place, made sure there was sufficient space around it, plugged it in, set the time and voilà! Ready to go! I put in some milk for my daughter which took us 40 seconds in the previous 800w microwave. Took us a minute to reach the same temperature in this supposedly superior 900w oven. I simply put it down to it 'breaking in' but was a little nervous deep down.Later on I really wanted to see what this bad boy could do so grabbed the oven chips, put them on the 'crusty plate' (whoever named that needs sacking) on the 'low rack', pressed the slim fry option, 1-1 for 350g frozen oven chips (that I sadly measured using a scale) and pressed start. It was exciting watching it do it's thing... A wee bit of grill, then a wee bit of convection, a bit of microwave energy for good measure for 16 and a half minutes then... Nothing. Lights out. The clock went off. Nothing. I thought 'this must be some sort of clever resting feature to make my chips o-so-cwispy' so waited it out. 10 mins later... still nothing. I switched it off at the wall and left it for half an hour to cool down (this thing was HOT!) Once cooled, I tried again at a different outlet.. it turned on fine but at the same time in the slim fry cycle, exactly the same thing.Extremely disappointed. Returning for a refund and getting me a B&M special instead.

Best microwave ever
Seriously, get one. it's so easy to use, the grill works great, the sensor cooking is great, the slim fryer is great, it takes seconds to clean. I had stuff pretty heavily baked on, literally just wiped off. Maybe it's just coming from an 15 year old £40 microwave to something modern, but this thing is amazing.

It ended with a bang..
The qulality is pretty good but it makes a lot of noise and has an annoying rattle at times, wish I knew what was causing it. Another downside is that it takes a long time to get up to temperature, at 190 degs it takes as long as 20 minutes and there is no way to know when its at temperature. I have ended up having to a teparature guage in the oven so I know. Would be better if the display showed the current temperature, instead it swaps between the temperature set and the time left?Just thought I would write an update on this product as what happened is probably quite relevant to many who may consider buying it.First some minor pointers and then the dramatic end? The product did work well for its short life, although the temperature was always cooler that it showed on the screen. I found myself always adding 10 degrees to the temperature. Also, if you ever notice the grill coming on bright whilst cooking on high, this is normal apparently. The oven has to do this to help get it up to the highest temperature. It does go out when it reaches temperature but it does no thing for any food you might have on the layer of the cooking tray if you put things in to cook from the start.I owned the product for a little over its 2 year warranty period and to say it went out with a bang is not an understatement. The microwave did literally go bang, an extremely loud bang whist I had the oven on and it has not worked since.
